Becci is one of TMCo's creative brains, she manages our creative media, marketing and branding, from social media content through to documentation. She's the one that is often think a little more outside the box, allowing the engineers to get through their calculations and on the odd occasion, roping them in to help create new content. She also co manages the admin team and can usually offer help with anything that may be needed. She organises, creates and runs external marketing, and training events and also all of the social activities in house.

Colin is a Director and Owner, Auckland Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer and Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand. Colin is the lead electrical engineer for the new Ryman Healthcare facilities throughout Auckland and the Waikato. His role includes the sitewide electrical reticulation design including multiple on-site transformers and back up generation from concept stages right through to practical completion. Colin is the project and electrical lead for this beautiful and secure sanctuary in the heart of Surabaya. Particular emphasis has been placed on the integrity of electrical systems during potential lockdown scenarios. The site is totally self-sustainable with water, wastewater and full back up generator and UPS power supplies. Colin is the lead electrical engineer for the electrical infrastructure and road lighting throughout the new Rolleston Town Centre development. This includes multiple HV/V transformers supplying LV reticulation to the many buildings within the development. Colin also designed the road and pedestrian lighting for the surrounding roads, working with stakeholders to achieve compliance with NZTA M30 guidelines.
