TOMRIC SYSTEMS - Key Persons
If you've been a customer with Tomric for a while, you might already recognize Ben. After moving to Florida a few years ago with his family, Ben has returned to Buffalo…and Tomric. Ben is responsible for ensuring our customers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully operate their Selmi equipment. If you have a culinary question, Ben is your go-to contact for assistance.
As a Technical Sales Manager, Bill works with customers daily to develop individualized solutions for customers' chocolate making and packaging needs. Bill's in-depth knowledge of the equipment Tomric sells is a vital asset in helping our customers determine what solution is best for them.
Bill oversees all mold and package manufacturing operations. Every aspect - from sculpting, tool making, and manufacturing, to inventory management and shipping - all function as smoothly as possible thanks to his efforts, to ensure we deliver the highest quality product possible to our customers.
Chris is one of our technical service experts. His technical expertise not only includes equipment installation but troubleshooting and answering technical questions as well.
Eliot is our technical service expert, and has attended numerous training sessions at Selmi's facility in Italy. He manages Selmi equipment shipping and installations for our large clients. His technical expertise not only includes equipment installation, but trouble shooting and answering technical questions.
As the Director of Sales at Tomric, Greg leads our sales team in our effort to provide the best experience to our customers as possible. Greg's ability to foster strong client relationships, coupled with his collaboration across departments, ensures everything at Tomric runs smoothly.
At Tomric, Jennine manages a team of project coordinators that support our sales team in developing and executing various projects for our customers. She and her team work directly with customers and with departments within tomric to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and to our customers' expectations.
Kyle oversees most marketing functions at Tomric, including social media management, our newsletters, web development, blog posts, video production and more. If you message us on Facebook or Instagram, Kyle is probably the one responding to you.
Lois has been with Tomric for several years, and is well known by many customers as the first person they spoke with when they called Tomric the first time. She manages online and phone orders, and is the main point of contact for customer questions.
Meredith is responsible for ensuring our clients are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully operate Selmi machines. She is a direct contact for any assistance needed and would be happy to help you either in person or virtually.
Mike overseas our tool and design area, where we design, sculpt, and develop chocolate molds and packaging. This is the first step in our in-house manufacturing process. His many years of tooling experience ranges the full gamut, from using manual milling machines to operating our state-of-the-art CNC equipment.
As the Sales Equipment Manager, Stacey is responsible for helping our customers grow their businesses by developing customized solutions utilizing Tomric's wide range of available products and services - from confectionery equipment to custom molds.
Tom is proud to continue his father's legacy, who founded Tomric in 1962. His decades of experience have made him a familiar and well respected individual in the confectionery industry. However, his greatest sense of fulfillment comes from the success that Tomric enjoys through the team efforts and hard work of the people he works with.
