Surveyor- A graduate of both GMIT and Northumbria University with an honours degree in Property Valuation and Management. Elaine has been with Tuohy O'Toole since 2015 and is presently undertaking her APC to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. She works mainly in professional services working on valuations for secured lending, probate, taxation and family law together with Compulsory Purchases cases across the country. She also assists in annual research in the Housing market across County Mayo.

Director - Gerard has more than 25 year's experience across the Construction and Property sectors having worked in the UK, USA and Ireland. A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he heads up professional services and acts for a broad range of clients across banking, construction, development and manufacturing. Past Chair of the Western Region of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and member of the SCSI Planning & Development Committee. Reception - Jenny has had a lengthy career working in the insurance, the legal sector and property services. She has been with Tuohy O'Toole since 2016 and is integral to the efficient running of front office/reception functions. She handles customer and client enquiries and deals with a vast amount of administrative duties and correspondence in a very busy office environment.

Director - Joanne is an RICS Registered Valuer and has more than 20 years property experience. She is one of the leading Residential Estate Agents in the region and handles the sale of a range of residential property types and acquires properties for her clients which include home owners, investors and funds. Rates Consultant - Liam has over 35 years' experience in the specialised area of commercial property rating. He worked in the State Valuation Office for over 30 years before going into private practice. He has wide experience across all areas of property rating including revaluation, revision of valuation, representations and Valuation Tribunal appeals. Liam has worked on revaluations since 2005 and appeared before the Valuation Tribunal on numerous occasions both as an advocate and expert witness. He has a special interest in the rating of hotels, licensed premises, service stations, nursing homes, and properties valued by reference to trading performance. Managing Director - Peter is a third generation Estate Agent with more than 35 years' experience. A past president of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, he is considered one of the foremost property experts in the west of Ireland. In particular he is one of the leading CPO consultants with a national client base.
