Andy was six when his father started Time & Pay, and joined the team 18 years later as an account executive in the Chattanooga area. Now an owner, he has the privilege of assisting with essential growth and customer care initiatives. Andy and his wife Keri have a daughter named Zoey and a son named Luka, and enjoy spending their time with friends and family, traveling, and attending live music and sporting events.

Crystal was born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee and the youngest of 9 siblings. She has three boys: Derick (23) who is recently married (Brianna), Christian (21), and Le'Andre (17). She and her longtime boyfriend, Frank, have two Goldendoodles (Cooper and Bentley), and enjoy finding new adventures in taking random trips, attending concerts, indulging in new restaurants, family get-togethers and game nights, spending quality time with their dogs, and whatever else sparks their interest!

David joined Time & Pay in 2018 after serving as a CPA for Pricewaterhouse Coopers. After learning the business from the ground up, David continues to refine our processes and procedures to assure both accuracy and efficiency. David and his wife Jessi enjoy spending time with their children, Gabriel, Ronan, and Annie, and getting out on the lake or golf course.

Dawn was born and raised in East Tennessee, joining Time & Pay in 2006. Dawn, being an avid music & movie fan, loves indulging in those past times with friends, who play a huge role in her life. Her closest friends are her family. She also enjoys playtime with her new pups, Storm & Koda, as well as spending time in the memorial garden created for & dedicated to her beloved dogs, Scrappy Doo & Gizmo, who will always hold a cosmic place in her heart.
Jada was born and raised in Johnson City, TN. She earned an associate degree in Theater management from Northeast State Community College. Before joining us at Time & Pay she had spent 11 years working in hotel and property management. It was through working in management that she obtained 9 years of time keeping experience as well as 3 years of performing employees' payroll. In her down time, she enjoys reading, playing board games, and visiting museums.
Julie was born and raised in Johnson City, TN. She has been happily married to her husband, Wayne, since 2003! They enjoy caring for their two horses, Taz and Cooper, and dog, Sunshine. When she can get away, Julie enjoys painting with friends, and the occasional night out for a nice dinner.

Kristie joined Time & Pay in 2003 as a CSR, and worked her way up the company ladder. Now an owner, she oversees our day-to-day operations, and ensures our clients' systems are optimized to operate efficiently and effectively. Kristie enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Katlyn and Courtney, serving on the committee for the Blue Plum Festival, and traveling to warm, sunny beaches.
Laura was born in Omaha, NE, and moved to Tennessee at the age of 10. She has three wonderful children, April (Smith), Stacey (Lower), and Jason, and has been blessed with three grandchildren, Emery, Luxa, and Branston. She has recently added Oreo, a black and white doodle to her family, as well!

Mary was born and raised in Blountville TN, and graduated from Northeast State with an associates degree in accounting. She enjoys reading, board games and spending time with her husband , James, and her family. She has three fur babies…. her dog, Minnie and two cats, Pumpkin and Raven.

Michael relocated to the tri cities area in 2009 to attend ETSU, and joined Time & Pay in 2013. In his off time, he enjoys hiking in the mountains, live music, video games, and spending time with friends and family.

Michelle graduated from ETSU in 2013, and worked in Nashville before joining Time & Pay in 2018. She enjoys traveling, attending car shows, gardening, and spending time with her husband, Michael, and her family.
Priscilla worked as a payroll specialist at Time & Pay from 2005 until her retirement in 2020. She always built a wonderful rapport with her clients, and could be heard laughing on nearly every phone call she made!

Becky joined Time & Pay in 2007 after a recommendation by her sister, Teresa, and retired at the end of April, 2021. Becky always had a wonderful relationship with her clients, and helped manage both payroll processing and benefits administration!

Rex joined Time & Pay as our first sales representative in 1996, and helped us grow to become East Tennessee's largest, local payroll provider throughout his 21 year career. Rex was integral in establishing a company culture that made sure both our clients and our employees knew they were valued and appreciated.

Although a Kentuckian by birth, Seth has lived in East Tennessee and called it home for over 30 years. He is married to his wife Meredith and has two daughters, Madeline & Olivia. Seth has over 30 years' experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Seth enjoys spending time with his family and loyal dog Pepper, Kentucky Basketball, Baseball and Geocaching. One of his favorite quotes: "There is little success where there is little laughter."
Steve founded Time & Pay in 1992, and through his 26 year career, helped thousands of businesses with payroll and tax compliance. While running his business, Steve also held leadership positions in the JCDA, Rotary, and the Hands On! Regional Museum, and has remained an active member of his community since retiring in 2018. Steve enjoys traveling the world with his wife of over 35 years, Joan, and is thrilled to be "Papa" to his grandchildren.
Sue is from Bristol, TN. She obtained her BS in Business Administration from Milligan College majoring in Accounting and minoring in Economics. She loved the tax industry so much she became an Enrolled Agent in 2016 so she could continue to assist her clients with tax representation. She brings us over 20 years of experience in the industry. In her spare time, she and her husband write and sing gospel music, travel as a craft vendor making and selling Cigar Box Guitars, and riding their motorcycles.

Teresa has "happily" been with Time & Pay since 2015. She is originally from Western North Carolina, and now proud to call Tennessee my forever home. Married to a retired US Army veteran and we have two daughters; one in Tennessee and the other in Virginia. Looking forward to many more years taking care of my clients at Time & Pay!

Teresa served as Time & Pay's Tax and Accounting manager from 2004 until her retirement in 2020. Teresa's work helped establish policies and procedures to make sure our clients remain compliant with both federal and state payroll tax requirements through her tenure and beyond.

Trisha came to Time & Pay in 2017, and has nineteen years of experience in the payroll industry. She lives in Johnson City with her husband and their two cats, Shadow and Bella. Trisha enjoys reading fiction, working puzzles and spending time with her family.
Will joined Time & Pay in 2017, and quickly established himself as a leader in our tax department. He was an easy choice to take over management of that department when the position opened in 2020. Will constantly demonstrates a fantastic work ethic, creativity, and extensive knowledge of our systems and the nation's tax requirements.
Will was hired as Time & Pay's General Manager in 2005 after retiring as a Chief Engineer - Senior of Boat from the United States Navy. Will helped manage our day-to-day operations, as well as our payroll and IT systems until he retired in 2015.
