Britney specializes in courtroom litigation, primarily in the areas of grandparent visitation rights, adoptions, successions and criminal defense. She has been published in the Public Defender Editorial, served as clerk for Judge Elizabeth P. Wolfe, Judge Shelly Dick and the Honorable Scott M. Perrilloux. She currently serves as the President of the 21st Judicial Bar Association. She enjoys adventure travel with family and friends.
Conway specializes in private lending, business transactions and title work. He graduated magna cum laude from LSU before attending law school and served as a commercial real estate intern before graduating from Loyola Law.
Pete specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings, successions and wills, traffic court, DWI defense and personal injury. Prior to joining True Title, he was an Assistant District Attorney for Jefferson Parish under Paul Connick. He also clerked for Judge Robin Giarusso in Civil District Court. He is married and the father of seven sons.
G. Patrick Hand has practiced in various areas of law including prosecution and defense of criminal charges, personal injury litigation, domestic litigation and corporate advice and litigation. Pat has worked in the United States Attorney's Office, the Assistant District Attorney's office in New Orleans and was also appointed to the Louisiana Supreme Court as Judge Ad Hoc in Division "O" of the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson. In returning to private practice Pat became one of the founding members of True Title.
With more than three decades' experience in the real estate industry and title industry, Jean is responsible for nurturing and maintaining client relationships for True Title. She is an active member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Women's Council of Realtors - New Orleans Metropolitan Chapter, Mortgage Lenders' Association and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. She has received various awards and recognitions for her participation and service.
A licensed title insurance producer and agent for First American Title Insurance Company of Louisiana, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and WFG National Title Insurance Company. John specializes in both residential and commercial closings. He has handled the acquisitions and refinancing of several hotels, apartment complexes, retail centers, assisted living facilities and restaurants throughout the state of Louisiana.
Malcom specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings. He joined True Title after being a partner in a large downtown firm. Malcom has three daughters.
Marlin has worked internationally in South Africa, is fluent in Spanish and serves on several local non-profits including the Louisiana Insurance Commissioner Title Insurance Advisory Council. A New Orleans native, he is married and has three children.
Meghan worked her way through law school in the evenings while working at True Title during the day and graduated cum laude. She specializes in residential transactions and assists with commercial transactions. Meghan is married and has a daughter.
Rebecca has been a part of True Title's staff since 2008 as a notarial assistant and marketing representative. Rebecca works on the front end of every file and her knowledge of the business helps facilitate long lasting relationships with agents, lenders, buyers and sellers.
Rebecca specializes in child welfare, family law and mass tort. She works in the Juvenile Court in the 21st JDC and as defense attorney for the misdemeanor court in the town of French Settlement. She is married with four children.
Sean specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings, establishing condominium regimes, successions and wills. Prior to becoming a part of True Title's staff in 2003, Sean was in-house counsel for Halliburton Energy Services. Sean is married and is the proud father of triplets.
A practicing attorney for True Title, "Tim" performs title examinations, conducts closings and personally handles legal issues that may arise relative to the transactions. Tim's real estate practice encompasses both residential and complex commercial transactions. Tim also practices law in the areas of successions, business/asset sales and acquisitions, contracts, lease negotiation and personal injury. Tim is married and has a daughter and a son.
