The Whisler Bearing Company was founded by Charles (Charley) K. Whisler in Rapid City, South Dakota in May 1956. Beginning with his first bearing company in Rapid City and continuing with an additional store in Colorado Springs, Charley created a company which to this day prides itself on providing quality products at reasonable prices, an extensive local inventory and a knowledgeable sales force... In 2008 Whisler Bearing Company of Denver was renamed Whisler Bearings & Drives. This name change better reflects the products and services we are now able to offer as we continue to expand to provide our customers the best service possible. In addition, we moved to our new 16,000+ square foot facility at 5775 Stapleton Drive North in Denver. With the additional space, we were able to open Hoseworks, our complete hydraulic & industrial hose facility as part of Whisler Bearings & Drives... Whisler Bearings & Drives has been in business since 1956 and moved into the heart of the Rocky..
