Partners Tim Dawson & Jim Shannon began their friendship in the late 1970's, when both attended Wadsworth High School's Vocational Carpentry Program. Upon graduation both were employed in the carpentry field. Prior to the formation of their company, Jim and Tim worked as supervisors for several construction and real estate management firms. When they began their own remodeling company in 1992, they brought over 30+ years experience in the trades with them. Jim Shannon has since moved on to begin another chapter in his life, but Tim Dawson continues..
