Ahmed is responsible for all financial matters of TQCSI (Egypt)
Akira is trained as a quality and environmental management system auditor. He also has specific qualifications in food safety systems and electrical engineering. Akira is a capable manager with more than 25 years experience in the inspection and certification industry sector. Akira represents TQCSI interests in Japan.
Alex is responsible for the overall running and growth of TQCSI (China). He is also a qualified Lead Auditor in QMS.
Alicia assists with audit scheduling and other administrative responsibilities.

Alicia assists the Growth & Marketing Manager with marketing, promotional activities and business development as well as being responsible for auditor coordination.
Ammar is responsible for all financial and contractual issues in TQCSI (Iraq).
Angeline provides admin support for TQCSI Singapore, including contract review, audit scheduling and invoicing.
Annie has a wealth knowledge and experience in certification operations. As GM of TQCSI (Taiwan), she is responsible for business strategy and all TQCSI operations in Taiwan.
Jenny is responsible for scheduling audits and helps with office administration.
Mr. Arif is responsible for scheduling audits to coordinate with clients, auditors and technical experts. He is also responsible all other admin and accounts relevant activities.
Ava is responsible for liaising with Head Office, entering data into Nuts and coordinating certification approval.
Aya is responsible for the office administration of TQCSI (Syria) including translating documents and submitting reports to Head Office to ensure compliance with TQCSI rules and procedures. She is also responsible for business development of the office.
Oyuntugs Batbaatar Regional Director - mongolia@tqcsi.mn Oyuntugs is responsible for the management and business development of TQCSI operations in Mongolia. She is also a qualified Lead Auditor in QMS, EMS and SMS systems. She has also completed a master degree in safety and environment management.
Berry is responsible for the management and growth of TQCSI Indonesia. He graduated with Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Master of Business Administration from Iowa State University. He also holds a Master of Law from Jayabaya University. He has over 20 years of experience in various industries and possesses extensive experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Betty is responsible for audit scheduling and entering audit information into Nuts.
Bill Kuo is responsible for business development of TQCSI in Taiwan. He manages potential clients and handles client feedback.
Bolormaa is responsible for client relationships, promotions and customer satisfaction management. She is a QMS and SMS Auditor.
Carol is responsible for translating TQCIS documents and policies, the operations managemnet of TQCSI (China), coordinator and processing auditor information and queries, and communicating with Head Office.

Esti coordinates all administration matters for TQCSI Indonesia including audits and financial matters. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel Management from Trisakti Institute of Tourism.

Craig Bates - Managing Director, President

Craig enjoyed a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy before establishing TQCSI in the early 90's. He is recognised as a leading expert in management systems, and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall success of TQCSI. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, a Senior Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP and QHSE. Craig manages the development of all new certification programs.

Daniel coordinates certification and auditor approvals for TQCSI (China), and training for new Regional Offices. Daniel also manages communication with ANAB and is responsible for the administration of the AQMS Program (AS 9100 Series Standards).
Demi is responsible for TQCSI (China)'s recruitment and the checking, delivering and reporting of ceritification information onto CNCA.

Elijah coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices including Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. He is also responsible for coordinating Nuts changes, certification and accreditation data, and resolving IT problems at Head Office.

Ekas assists the Managing Director and Accreditation Manager with the administration of daily operations and special projects. Ekas also manages communication between management and JAS-ANZ, and is responsible for the administration of the FSSC 22000 Program.

Faraz is an IT professional responsible for corporate IT infrastructure, office administration and the planning and scheduling of audits.
Fiona is responsible fo rreceiving, checking and uploading of audit reports into Nuts, communicating and addressing issues related to audit reports, and reporting audit plans onto CNCA.

Hayder has 11 years' experience in the food and beverage industry working as the quality assurance engineer for Coca Cola Iraq. He is also experienced in implementing management systems and auditing for quality, environmental, safety and food safety management systems, FSSC and GMP.
Hossein is responsible for coordinating the daily operational activities of TQCSI in Iran, including audit scheduling and auditor allocation. He is a civil engineer with auditing experience in the mining and cement industries.
Miss Oh is a university graduate in management and coordinates all auditing requirements for the office. Miss Oh ensures the office fully complies with TQCSI and JAS-ANZ procedures.
Islam is responsible for marketing activities of TQCSI (Egypt)
Jenna coordinates all administration for TQCSI and TQCSI-Yaran, including communicating with clients, distribution of audit reports and certificates.
Jenny is responsible for scheduling audits and helps with office administration.
Ji-Hyun Kim coordinates TQCSI from our Incheon office in South Korea. Mr Kim has 30 years experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and has helped more than 800 companies.
Joe Chang has worked with TQCSI (Taiwan) since 2018. He is responsible for monitoring auditor performance and competency requirements for TQCSI (Taiwan).
Joe is responsible for management of internal audits, witness assessments and document control. He also does preliminary reviews of auditor applications and professional code justifications.

Kamal is responsible for the growth of TQCSI (Egypt) operation in Syria. Kamal has a BSC in informatics and is MBA certified.
Lin Li is responsible for the management of the TQCSI (China) office and conducts Contract Reviews.
Mr. Davari is responsible for TQCSI operations in Iran and is a qualified QMS, EMS and OHS Lead Auditor.
Maxim, the President of TQCSI (Syria) is responsible for all operations in Syria and Lebanon. He graduated with Mathematical Statistics and is a certified trainer in quality management and food safety systems. He is also qualified as a Lead Auditor in QMS, EMS and FSMS.
Mohamed Haggag is responsible for the management and business development of TQCSI operations in Iraq, and the effective functioning of the Iraq Office

Sany graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Structural Engineering from University of Sussex, United Kingdom. He also possesses a Diploma in Safety from RoSPA, Birmingham, UK. Sany is also a trained and accredited UK HSE Auditor, a certified (Malaysian) Safety and Health Officer, and industry-trained in Risk Management. Sany served Shell Group of Companies for over 20 years before venturing into safety advisory and training. He is currently our Group Managing Director.
Mr Kunio Tobata is responsible for the overall operations of TQCSI (OCO). He is a qualified Lead Auditor in HACCP and ISO Standards 9001, 14001, 22000..
Mr Suman Baidya is responsible for TQCSI operations in Bangladesh. He is responsible for leading the certification and marketing department and arranging training on different Management Systems Standards. Mr Baidya is a qualified Lead Auditor in QMS & EMS and has 9 years' experience in Management Systems Auditing.
Mrs. Gulzhan Turdaliyeva has more than 10 years experience in QMS, EMS and OH&S. She is a qualified Lead Auditor in Management Systems. Gulzhan is responsible for coordinating the daily operational activities of TQCSI in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries. She is also in charge of training activities.
Ms Roshani Perera is responsible for the overall operation of TQCSI (Sri Lanka). She is a qualified Lead Auditor in QMS, EMS and SMS with more than 15 years of auditing experience. Roshani also holds a MBA and is passionate about management system certification.
Ms. Ayumi Akashi is responsible for translation duties and administration of the certification process.

Ms. Dinara Ravelu is responsible for business development of TQCSI in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries.
Mustafa is responsible for the overall management and growth of TQCSI (Kuwait) in Kuwait and KSA. A business graduate, experienced marketer and qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000.
Mustafa has over 30 years of experience in managing sales and marketing activities form retail to corporate environment for products like German automobiles, cellular phones, Kodak photographic products, business machines, marketing services, restaurant management as well as quality management systems and standards.
Miss Ngan is responsible for coordinating the daily operational activities of TQCSI in Vietnam. She ensures the office fully complies with TQCSI and JAS-ANZ procedures.
Mr Loi is responsible for all TQCSI operations in Vietnam.
Remonda is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities of TQCSI in Jordan. She is responsible for compliance with TQCSI and JAS-ANZ procedures and expanding TQCSI operations in Jordan.
Rick is responsible for the strategic direction of TQCSI (Yaran). He is an Aboriginal man and was a Senior Manager at KPMG prior to becoming a Director of his own consulting business (Yaran Business Services) in 2000. Rick's work in recent years has involved working with Indigenous corporations, Commonwealth, State and Local government agencies and major resource houses around Australia.

Sean is responsible for the management of the certification approval process and maintaining JAS-ANZ accreditation. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, an Aerospace Experienced Auditor for AS 9100, 9110 and 9120, as well as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the QHSE Code, and TQCSI's Lead for QMS, EMS & OHS.
Sean is responsible for the strategic direction, as well as the operational management and development of TQCSI (Australia) and TQCSI-Yaran.
Md. Shahidul Islam is responsible for the overall management and growth of TQCSI Bangladesh. He is a qualified Lead Auditor in QMS and has more than 20 years' experience in the relevant field.
Shatha is responsible for management of TQCSI documentation, management of TQCSI correspondence, planning and preparations of audits. Shatha is also a Lead Auditor in FSMS and QMS.

Shelley Jheng is the Taiwan Office Team Leader, responsible for KPI monitoring and tracking actions. She is also responsible for arranging audit schedules, sending audit documents to auditors and office administration.

Siriluk coordinates all correspondence, invoicing and maintenance of audit records, and auditing activities.
Song Xiufen is responsible for the management of Contract Reviews and audit activities of TQCSI (China)
Sonia is responsible for devleoping, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for TQCSI (Iran).
Stela is responsible for the entity, market growth and operations in north America, USA. Through her experience as a consultant, Stela identified the need for a certification body that offers, both organizations and auditors, significantly higher satisfaction in the US market. TQCSI (USA) is the realization of her vision.

She graduated with Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and attained her MBA from University of Portland.
Susan coordinates all TQCSI activities in our Singapore office. She is responsible for client liaison, audit scheduling, compliance with TQCSI procedures, coordination with Head Office and accounts management. Susan is also a Lead Auditor.
Svetlana assists with social media marketing in the USA. She has impressive experience in both marketing and Quality Management and uses it for promoting TQCSI in the US market.
Tamara is responsible for the preparation of audit reports and correspondence with clients. She is also responsible for planning and scheduling of audits. Tamara is a Lead Auditor in FSMS, QMS and EMS.

Yuvadee Halidsadeekul Office General Manager and Financial Administrator - yuvaphols.tqcsasia@gmail.com Yuvadee has more than 15 years experience in the medical laboratory service and, with a degree in Business Administration, she has significant experiences in business management. Yuvadee manages TQCSI's network in Thailand and coordinates all operations of the office.
Thipawan is our Assistant Manager who coordinates all audit operations, scheduling, and audit reports. She is also a QMS and HACCP Auditor. She is responsible for filing and maintaining client information.
