WASHINGTON FEE

WASHINGTON FEE AGREEMENTS OR OTHER STATES' FEE AGREEMENTS You do not have to retain a firm in Washington if the accident occurs in Washington. In the final analysis, you need to retain a firm that specializes in truck accidents. Often times, firms from other states, such as ours, are retained because of their experience and knowledge. The state of Washington requires that the client be ultimately responsible for the expenses in a contingency fee case win, lose or draw. Other states, such as Texas for instance, permit lawyers to have what is a true contingency fee contract, i.e., if there is no recovery, then the client pays no fees or any expenses. Because a truck accident usually has multi-states involved with, for example, a truck driver and/or truck company from another state other than Washington, the usage of a pure contingency fee contract is possible in some instances because other state's counsel are involved. If you have been injured in an 18-wheeler collision that occurred in Des Moines, Edmonds, Federal Way, Kennewick, Kent, Kirkland, Lacey, Auburn, Belleview, Bellingham, Bremerton, Everett, Lakewood, Longview, Lynwood, Olympia, Redmond, Renton, Shoreline, Spokane, Tacoma, Walla Walla, Vancouver or anywhere throughout Washington, contact us toll free at 800-773-6770.
