Todd Elias represents victims of personal injuries including maritime and offshore accidents, automobile/eighteen wheeler accidents, work related accidents, industrial site accidents, products liability, chemical/toxic exposure cases, and claims for injured railroad works under the FELA. WASHINGTON FEE AGREEMENTS OR OTHER STATES' FEE AGREEMENTS
You do not have to retain a firm in Washington if the accident occurs in Washington. In the final analysis, you need to retain a firm that specializes in truck accidents. The state of Washington requires that the client be ultimately responsible for the expenses in a contingency fee case win, lose or draw.
