Aimee has called Australia home since 2016. Originally from the UK, Aimee has first-hand experience with the visa application process.
Located in WA, Aimee assists our Migration Agents with clerical and administration work. Prior to her role with True Blue Migration, Aimee worked as a professional Chef throughout Europe, New Zealand and Australia.
Aimee's friendly and warm nature has been an asset to True Blue Migration, particularly, welcoming prospective new clients over the phone.

Alex is based in our Rockingham office.
Having previously lived in the UK and Ireland before settling in Australia, he understands the migration process and has firsthand experience of the Australian visa system.
Alex previously worked as a hotel night manager and auditor at a large resort in the UK.
He loves the Perth lifestyle, stunning beaches and quirky Aussie wildlife.

Anka has been working in the immigration industry since 2005 providing high-level legal advice to individuals as well as corporations. In 2008, he became the first immigration professional in the world to hold a license to practice in both Australia and New Zealand. During his time in the industry, Anka has assisted thousands of individuals from more than 50 different nationalities and advised some of the most prominent corporate entities in Australia directly on employee eligibility, sponsorship obligations and compliance. Prior to committing himself to a career in immigration, he worked for the European Union in development-related projects and taught English both overseas and in New Zealand at various schools. Anka is a former President of the Victoria and Tasmania Branch of the Migration Institute of Australia. Anka holds a Master's Degree in International Relations, speaks several languages including French, Turkish and Spanish and is a NAATI-accredited translator. He is also a keen traveller, having been to more than 80 countries on all 6 continents.
Clare is a compassionate and dedicated individual with a background in community service.
As a member of the True Blue Migration Services team, she helps individuals and families navigate the complex world of immigration.
Outside of work, Clare finds joy in traveling, live music, and outdoor activities. With her passion for helping others and her love for exploration, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her professional life.
Fiona holds a BA (Hons.) Journalism & Broadcasting degree, as well as certificates in Media Law and Politics from the National Council for the Training of Journalists. She has also studied Strategic Communications and Copywriting. She is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Marketing. Fiona has over 15 years' experience in media, marketing and communication roles, including Project Manager at a Perth-based digital marketing agency, TV Production Assistant for the UK's largest commercial broadcaster and News Correspondent for Axonn Media. She is a prize-winning creative writer and award-nominated community radio producer.
Originally from South Africa, Heather now lives in WA and handles the office administration at True Blue Migration's Perth branch. Heather is a numbers whizz and spent many years leading an accounting department before moving Down Under to be closer to her Australian-based family. Having experienced the migration process herself, Heather enjoys assisting our agents as they guide their clients through the same journey.

A Registered Migration Agent for over a decade, Ian was born and bred in Australia. "My overseas travels confirmed to me there is no better place in the world to live than here!" says Ian. A key member of the True Blue Migration team since 2009, Ian has successfully managed hundreds of 457 visas, Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme 187 applications (RSMS) and Employer Nomination Scheme 186 (ENS) cases. He works closely with employers throughout the nomination process and knows the ins and outs of the Regional Certifying Bodies (RCBs). Ian takes a practical and hands-on approach to his cases and remains calm in the face of tight visa deadlines. Many of Ian's temporary visa clients return to True Blue Migration so Ian can manage their permanent residency application, a testament to his expertise and customer service.

Joy has been with True Blue Migration since its inception. She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology, a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice. Joy assesses potential migrants and advises them on suitable visa options. Joy has an in-depth knowledge of shortage occupations, skill assessment requirements, overseas qualification equivalency, state nomination eligibility and employer sponsored pathways. She loves finding visa pathways for clients, allowing them to realise their dream of Australian residency. She also helps employers - including new and small businesses - understand the sponsorship process. Joy also leads our marketing and administration team.

Maryanne has been a registered migration agent for ten years, originally working in multinational emigration firms in London and Johannesburg. Together with Joy Hay, Maryanne established True Blue Migration in 2006 opening an office in Western Australia. The company has grown and since opened a Melbourne office. Maryanne has managed hundreds of visa applications across various classes, including skilled migration (189, 190, 485, 476 and 489), employer sponsored (407, 457, 186 and 187), parent (103, 143, 173, 804) and partner (100, 300, 309, 461, 801 and 820) visas. She has worked with many skill assessing bodies and state nomination authorities. Clients love Maryanne's openness and down to earth approach to their application. She is married to a South African so she has also experienced the migration process first-hand. Maryanne leads our team of registered migration agents.
Originally from the UK, Melissa works in our Melbourne office and assists with daily office administration, as well as assisting our migration agents with their clerical work.
Previous to her role with True Blue Migration, Melissa worked within the Ecommerce sector focusing on the prevention of online fraud and customer service initiatives.
Although she is not from Australia originally, Melissa considers herself a true Melbournian and appreciates all that this wonderful country has to offer. She enjoys exploring Australia's natural landscape and partaking in Melbourne's local music scene.

Mia completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Disability Studies and worked in Disability and Community Services in both Australia and overseas for a number of years. Following this, Mia moved into the training sector, delivering AQTF Accredited Disability and Community Services qualifications and coordinating educational programs. After going through the partner visa process with her Swedish husband, Mia knew that a career in migration services would suit her skills and disposition. Mia completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Law and Migration Practice before joining the True Blue Migration team. Mia's warmth and down to earth approach puts our clients at ease as she guides them through their migration journey.

Ruth graduated with a BA in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and worked for many years in the IT industry as a Developer, Systems Analyst and IT Consultant. When she took a sabbatical to raise her 4 daughters she studied photography and freelanced in this field for a period. She subsequently decided that a career as a migration agent would leverage off her technical and interpersonal skills. Ruth is a skilled migrant herself and has a strong drive to assist and empathise with people wishing to make Australia home. Ruth provides our clients with professional guidance in a range of visas, including parent, partner, general skilled migration, student and employer sponsored applications. Ruth completed her Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice before commencing work with True Blue Migration.
