Mr. Holt joined Total Solutions, Inc. in February 2005 and has over 25 years of experience managing complex projects for both government and commercial clients. He is currently the Program Manager for large programs and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, contract compliance, cost and schedule control, security concerns and managing personnel. Mr. Holt is a seasoned PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with comprehensive project and program management experience to include, Earned Value Management, MS Project Scheduling, risk management, resource management, quality assurance, budgeting, business development, proposal pricing and preparation, contract administration and negotiation, forecasting, EAC/ETC development, among other project management activities. In addition, Mr. Holt has managed and supported Full Lifecycle implementations of accounting software system solutions such as Deltek Costpoint. Mr. Holt has supported numerous federal and commercial customers including NASA, CDC, CMS, USDA, DOD, DOE, and DIA/MSIC. He has managed diverse, multi-million dollar contracts on a global scale; including project locations in region such as Kenya, Haiti and the Republic of Georgia. Mr. Holt has served as a Program Management leader for the past 20 years and has leveraged that experience to develop, streamline, and implement PMO processes and procedures that have increased program efficiencies and successful deployments. Mr. Holt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) in Huntsville, Alabama.

Ms. McKinney is the Co-Founder of Total Solutions, Inc. and provides leadership and day-to-day management of corporate operations. Ms. McKinney is an executive with strong IT technical expertise who is recognized for being a hands-on professional with a focus on providing bottom line results and logical problem solving. She has over 30 years of specialized experience and expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of engineering, logistics and training applications and support services. She has also had major achievements in domestic and international business development and strategic planning, re-engineering strategic alliances, budget/assets management and implementing marketing strategies. Prior to co-founding TSI, Ms. McKinney spent 20 years supporting mission control operations for the International Space Station at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. While at NASA, Ms. McKinney developed software for NASA Astronaut Training Simulators and trained NASA Astronauts in the implementation of in-flight procedures and methods for assuring mission success. Ms. McKinney also established preliminary requirements for the European Mission Control Office and provided NASA interface for implementing European Space Agency requirements. In recognition of her accomplishments, Ms. McKinney was named Minority-Owned Small Business Person of the Year in 2009 by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Ms. McKinney has her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Puerto Rico.
