Danny has been a Board member of the TrackSAFE Foundation since 2015 and commenced as Chair of the TrackSAFE Board from 1 July 2021. Danny is also the Chair of the Australasian Railway Association (ARA) after members endorsed his appointment at the ARA AGM held on 4 December 2019. This appointment followed over four years as the CEO of the ARA where Danny led the Associations activities, including policy development, maintaining strong professional relationships with key Government representatives and industry stakeholders, providing value for the Associations members across all rail sectors and implementing with his team the ARA's strategic objectives. Prior to joining the ARA, Danny advanced from a career as a young structural design engineer, through to project management and general management in the power, civil, construction and rail industries, having worked on numerous major infrastructure projects across Australia. For several years Danny held a position on the Council of the NSW Australian Industry Group and is a former board member of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA).

Heather has worked in the private, public and community sectors focusing on public policy, community behaviour change and advocacy. Heather joined TrackSAFE Foundation as Executive Director in May 2020 after 12 1/2 years as CEO of RSPCA Australia. Heather has been an active volunteer for three decades including as a voluntary counsellor for the Australian Breastfeeding Association, Director and Deputy Chair of the Community Council for Australia, and Director of Rowing Australia. Heather has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from UNSW and a Master of Business Administration from University of Central Queensland.

Hope has 20 years' experience in communications, marketing, advocacy, business development and managing strategic partnerships. Hope joined TrackSAFE Foundation in January 2021, having worked in the Not-for-Profit sector for more than a decade. Hope has first-hand experience developing education and community engagement initiatives to raise awareness of social issues in an effort to drive behaviour change. Hope has a BA, Communications - Journalism from Charles Sturt University.
