Two The Core started up in 2011 in Thornbury, Ontario, Canada. It began as a fitness and physiotherapy based business. Fitness classes, personal training, Pilates, paddle boarding etc. Through the years it shifted to specialize more on Personal Training and Pilates. Now it is transitioning once again as it moves to Costa Rica. The focus shifts to virtual classes and one on one training as well as Life and Functional Medicine Health Coaching... Two The Core.
