Ameena graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2022, earning her Juris Doctor degree. In law school, Ameena served as Executive Editor of Board 53 of the University of Toledo Law Review. She also served as Vice President of the University of Toledo Women's Law Student Association. Ameena was a recipient of the College of Law Merit Scholarship, Leadership & Service Scholarship, and received multiple Dean's List awards. Ameena Alauddin is an associate attorney with Zoll & Kranz, LLC. She is continuing her legal career with Zoll & Kranz after serving as a law clerk at ZK. As an associate attorney, Ameena is involved in mass torts, MDL cases, as well as other complex and personal injury litigation.

Carasusana B. Wall

Carasusana B. Wall is a Partner at Zoll & Kranz, LLC. Cara first joined the Firm after receiving her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2012. Cara is now a Partner and works passionately for Zoll & Kranz clients, potential clients, and legal cohorts in the dangerous drug or defective medical device litigation, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and personal injury processes. Cara devotes much of her mass tort work to assisting in common benefit litigation development. Her energy is particularly focused on regulatory affairs issues (including development of national regulatory affairs experts), e-discovery, document review structure and oversight, trial logistics, litigation team organization, briefing, and general liability case development. Cases she has participated in common benefit work include: Tenofovir JCCP No. 5043 In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc.

Damon C. Williams

Damon Williams is an associate attorney with Zoll & Kranz. He is continuing his legal career with Zoll & Kranz after serving as a law clerk at ZK for three years. As an associate attorney, Damon is involved in mass torts, MDL cases, as well as other complex and personal injury litigation. Damon graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2021, earning his Juris Doctor degree. In law school, Damon served as the Editor-in-Chief of Board 52 of the University of Toledo Law Review. He also served as the President of the University of Toledo Black Law Student Association. Damon was a recipient of the Dean's Law Scholarship and received multiple Highest Ranking and Dean's List awards. Prior to Law School, Damon received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University, in December 2017 and December 2016 respectively. While a student at BGSU, Damon worked alongside other classmates to complete capstone and coursework projects in conjunction with Ohio's Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Damon was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Ohio in May 2022. Damon is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Toledo Bar Association. Michelle L. Kranz

Michelle is a founding partner of the firm of Zoll & Kranz, LLC located in Toledo, Ohio. Michelle has been a plaintiff's lawyer for the entirety of her practice - over 30 years. She devotes the majority of her time to complex consolidated litigation and class action including advocating for people injured by medical devices, prescription medications or corporate negligence. Background Michelle also has extensive leadership experience in professional organizations. She is currently serving as the President of Ohio State Bar Association as well as a Trustee of the Ohio State Bar Foundation and a Trustee for the National Civil Justice Institute. She also served as President of the Toledo Bar Association (2015-2016), as a member of the Council of Delegates of the Ohio State Bar Association, and two prior terms as a Trustee of the Ohio State Bar Foundation. Michelle was born in Springfield, Ohio. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (cum laude) from Miami University in 1990. She graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1993 and was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1993. Michelle is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois (2014), Northern (1994) and Southern (2006) Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals (1994), the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals (2007), and the United States Supreme Court (1998). She is AV Peer Review Rated 4.9 out of 5 on Martindale-Hubbell and is also listed as one of the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" by the American Trial Lawyers Association. She was designated "Lawyer of the Year" in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation- Plaintiffs in Toledo by Best Lawyers® for 2019. Michelle was also selected to Super Lawyers in 2020, Top Rated Class Action & Mass Torts Attorney in Toledo, OH. She is married and resides in Wood County with her husband Dean. Their son, Marcus, attends the Ohio State University and their daughter, Samantha, attends Oklahoma State University. They raise beef cattle which they exhibit at both a state and national level. Michelle is an avid golfer and Dean and Michelle have had season tickets to the Detroit Tigers since 1999.
