St. Andrew's expert staff is led by President/CEO Bill Holman, who has held executive leadership positions in Senior Living organizations for more than twenty years, most recently as CEO of Ginger Cove life care community in Annapolis, MD. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds BS degrees in Finance and Accounting and an MS degree in Management in Aging Services.

Janet began her career at St. Andrew's in March 2022 after an extensive career in non-profit fundraising. As Chief Information Officer, Susan is the principal technology leader with an ongoing commitment to support and promote the strategic direction through innovation, integration, and transformation. Susan has been a member of the STARSS team since 2014. Her leadership assignments have included technology infrastructure as well as data and information management. Prior to STARSS, Susan served as a Solutions Architect designing and implementing technical solutions.
