Bill Atkinson

Bill Atkinson our Associate, is a management consultant with a wealth of practical experience in fields of leadership and development. Educated through the public school system and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he has many years of leadership experience in different environments and cultures including the Far East. He has also held management positions in the defence manufacturing industry and within an international banking, investment and insurance company. Bill has worked on major projects to support a number of big and small organisations. These projects include the design and implementation of a performance management process for 11000 people, to enable the organisation to measure performance, develops and reward staff more effectively

Colin Dick

Colin Dick, our Associate, started a career in sales, and marketing management with major international companies including Procter and Gamble and Avis after graduating with an Honours degree in Sociology. During this period he worked on several business and personnel planning projects, before setting up his own training and development company nine years ago. Throughout his career he has maintained the personal approach of developing people as a companies' best asset. Through his consultancy work in both the public and private sector he has helped large and medium organizations to examine their business objectives and the managerial requirements to meet them. Programmes have then been implemented at both strategic and tactical skills level to provide skills and knowledge for directors and managers to meet these challenges.

Dr Roger Gill

Dr Roger Gill is an independent consultant in leadership and leadership development. He was of Business Administration (OB & HRM) and Director of Executive Development Programmes at the University of Strathclyde Business School, where he later served as Visiting Professor of Leadership Studies and Programme Director for the MBA in Leadership Studies in collaboration with the Leadership Trust, where he founded and for nine years directed the Research Centre for Leadership Studies. He has many years' experience in management consulting and management and leadership development, both full-time and part-time, with major well-known consulting firms (PA Consulting Group, Booz Allen & Hamilton, and SRI International) and independently, in the UK, USA, Middle East and Far East. He has directed or conducted HRM consulting assignments and management training and leadership development programmes for over 350 client organizations in a wide range of industries and the public sector around the world since 1969. He ran his own HRM consulting and management training company in Singapore between 1982 and 1990, operating throughout East and Southeast Asia

He has extensive experience in designing business class website for hotels and maintaining website for Food and Beverage Industries. Kent also conducted workshops on Java and JavaEe, . Net, Visual Basic 2008 for university students. He trained government agencies on Microsoft Application and developed PHP and JSP web application for commercial purpose
