Adam Joined Total Solutions in 2017, and currently heads the Power Platform Team as Senior Power Platform Developer. Adam works with the team to ensure that the development of Power Platform solutions is smooth, and participates in the Design and Development of solutions with coworkers and clients. Additionally, he supports a number of clients SharePoint environments and Power Platform processes.
Education: Adam has a B.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University
Hobbies: Building computers for his friends and family, playing videogames, traveling, camping, and reading
Fun Fact: When he was 7, Adam also got stranded in the Carribean
Bill founded Total Solutions in 1996 with a focus on bringing document management solutions to clients in need of better file organization. He has been the lead shepherd for Total Solutions as the company has grown and matured through the years. Prior to Total Solutions, Bill spent seven years at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Business Analyst, and seven years at Excalibur Technologies as a Regional Sales Director.
Education: Bill graduated in 1985 from Michigan State University with a degree in Physics
Bryan joined Total Solutions in 2017 and serves as an Account Executive at Total Solutions. Bryan's day-today involves introducing new clients to the TSI team, and building trusting relationships with them to understand who they are and how we can best assist their team. In addition, he works with TSI's marketing team to deliver informative content for the M365 community.
Education: Bryan has a B.B.A. with a focus in Marketing
Hobbies: Collecting vinyl records and going on road trips with his partner. Is a part-time musician who plays guitar/sings in bands
Fun Fact: Bryan has a corgi named Loni!
Derek joined Total Solutions in 2017, and currently works as a Solutions Owner on the Design Team. In this role, Derek assists the Sales Team in creating sales paperwork, creating and maintaining backlogs, and designing and capturing clients ideas to turn into solutions.
Education: Derek has a B.A. in Business Administration

Drew joined Total Solutions in 2011, and is currently the Lead Solutions Architect on the Design Team. His day-to-day focuses on defining client needs and problems, and collaborating with TSI's developers to create Microsoft 365 solutions for these problems.
Education: Drew studied at Michigan State pursuing an Education degree focused on History and Economics. Microsoft Certified Professional with specializations in SharePoint and Teamwork Administration
Hobbies: Camping and walking around nature, playing tennis and basketball, reading history and sci-fi, gardening, volunteering, spoiling his perfect cat son, and playing Tabletop RPGs

Felicia joined Total Solutions in 2020, and currently serves as an HR administrator for Total Solutions. She runs the day-to-day office backend operations that keep TSI up and running, such as overseeing employee paperwork, engagement, and crafting policies that promote a positive remote workplace.
Hobbies: Felicia is a wellness coach, the VP of iCARE Fighting Hunger Foundation non-profit based in Detroit, energy worker and spiritual coach, yoga teacher, and a full-time massage therapy student
Fun Fact: Felicia and her husband have six crazy cats who they adore!

- Kyle Is a Skydiving Instructor
John joined Total Solutions as an Account Executive in April of 2017, and now oversees the Business Development and Marketing Teams. He enjoys growing relationships with clients and helping businesses solve human centered problems with technology solutions. John will never miss a chance to tell you it's the "best day of his life".
Education: John is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he was also a member and Captain of the MSU Baseball team.
Hobbies: In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, gardening, and golfing.
Kendall joined Total Solutions in 2018, and is currently a M365 Tech Architect. His day-to-day focuses on building SharePoint Intranet sites, migrating clients into the Microsoft 365 environment, and supporting our clients in their transition into the M365 space.
Education: Kendall graduated from the University of Michigan, the Arizona Culinary Institute, and has various Microsoft Technical Certifications
Hobbies: Kendall loves to cook and explore different types of restaurants and cuisines, spend free time with family and friends, and play puzzles and board games. He also loves traveling to places you see on TV and in magazines to see if the colors in the pics are as vivid in real life
Fun Fact: Kendall is a Chef, and has been certified in French Culinary Arts for 17 years. He is a published Recipe Developer/Author, with clients that include Kroger Brand stores and VitaMix. He still works as a Personal Chef (Culinary Apothecary), helping to heal through food selection and preparation!

Kristen (KC) joined Total Solutions in 2021 as a Challenge Detroit Fellow, and has since transitioned into a full-time role as a Project Manager. Kristen supports the Client Success team to oversee client projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Education: KC has a B.A. in Global Studies and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Hobbies: Travelling, spending time with friends and family, and shopping
Kristen joined Total Solutions in 2014, and is currently a Customer Success Executive (CSE). She is primarily responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring success by leading, managing, and tracking team progress on projects. As the point-of-contact for her clients, she also works to ensure customer satisfaction and create long-lasting relationships between our clients and TSI.
Education: Kristen has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science with a concentration in Health and Society from Michigan State University
Hobbies: Spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Bodee, and visiting up north Michigan

Kyle joined Total Solutions' Power Platform Team in 2020. Kyle's day-to-day focuses on developing workflows and apps for various clients, as well as providing consultation for possible solutions.

Matt joined Total Solutions in 2005, and is currently the Custom Software Development Team Lead. In this role, he manages TSI's custom software development team and develop Enterprise applications for our customers.
Education: Matt has a B.S. in Computer Science with a Math Minor from Central Michigan University
Hobbies: Playing the guitar, brewing beer and spending time with his family
Matt is our top executive who sets the tone for Total Solutions' vision, mission, and culture. He joined Total Solutions in 2012 and was hired as CEO in 2013. His current role focuses on ideating on how Total Solutions can better achieve excellence, and mentoring the managers to try and help them be better versions of themselves.
Education: B.A. in International Relations & Political Economy from James Madison College at Michigan State. JD from the University of Michigan
Hobbies and Loves: Working on renovations to his 150-year-old home in historic Detroit

Michael joined Total Solutions in 2017, and is a Software Developer on the Application Development team, where he focuses on maintaining and writing code for web applications and services with a variety of technologies. Michael regularly meets with others to define requirements and document changes to these applications, as well as give input on their testing processes and design.
Education: Michael has a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics from Michigan State University

Michael has worked on the Office 365 consulting team at Total Solutions since 2018. He specializes in crafting solutions using the Power Platform, SharePoint, and PowerShell. In his spare time, Mike enjoys music, cooking, and spending time with his wife.
Nick joined Total Solutions in 2011 initially on the Sales team. Since then, Nick has played many roles across the organization but found his current home as CSE where he has the opportunity to interact with and support many customers on a daily basis. Nick also sits on the leadership team where he brings a financial background, industry expertise, and insights from his customers to provide input for Total Solutions' strategic decision-making process.
Education: B.A.in Finance and International Relations from Michigan State University
Hobbies: Winter skiing, craft cocktails, traveling, hiking, live music, and taking his dog, Gunther, for walks

Oona joined Total Solutions in 2022. She is a content producer who creates client-facing content that showcases our Microsoft offerings and consulting process.
Education: MA in Sound Arts and Industries from Northwestern University
BA in Business and Music from Lake Forest College
Patrick is the Director and Senior Systems Engineer/Architect for the Microsoft 365 stack and on-premise Microsoft technologies. He helps clients with workplace modernization, remote workplace adoption, and securing corporate assets and information.
Education: BA in Management/Organizational Leadership from Saint John's University (MN). Notable certifications include: Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist.
Hobbies: DIY home remodeling, NHRA Drag Racing, and is a big animal rescue advocate. He also lightly dabbles in freelance web development and graphic design from time to time.

Paul joined Total Solutions in 2015 as a Senior Software Engineer, eventually transitioning into his current role as Master Tech Architect for the Custom Development Team. In this role, Paul designs and develops customer applications for clients.
Hobbies: In his free time, Paul enjoys playing board games.
Scott joined Total Solutions in 2013, and is currently the Team Lead for Design. He focuses on empowering clients, the organization, and our teams by engaging stakeholders to effectively define, scope, and create digital application experiences and data management strategies.
Education: B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University
