Aaron Fisher

As the Managing principal of TRC's Central Florida offices, Mr. Fisher holds a variety of structural design experience. From his previous work at Walt Disney World as well as other structural engineering firms, Mr. Fisher gained an extensive background in industrial and facility design, as well as the assessment and improvement of existing structures. His knowledge base comes from practice in a variety of different types of structural systems, including concrete, steel, wood, and aluminum. Brady Griggs

Mr. Griggs has over fourteen years of experience in Civil Transportation and Environmental Engineering and has worked on projects in several states, including Tennessee, Alabama, and Indiana. He has extensive knowledge of Traffic engineering and is familiar with all stages of roadway improvement projects, from planning through construction. Mr. Griggs has completed coursework in context sensitive design and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. He has managed a variety of non-traditional engineering services for the Tennessee Department of Transportation, including roadway inventory and infrastructure inspection projects. As Civil Engineering Manager, Mr. Griggs is responsible for all aspects of land development, roadway design, and civil technical reports and presentations at TRC Worldwide Engineering.

David Charland

Mr. Charland co-founded Jenkins & Charland, Inc., now a TRC Worldwide company, in 1965. He has more than fifty-five years experience in the design of high-rise buildings, hotels and resorts, aviation facilities, libraries, correction centers, heavy marine, roads, bridges, building restoration, office buildings, industrial plants, parking garages, and practically all types of structures encountered in the field of civil engineering. He is an active member of the Broward County Central Examining Board for Engineering Construction since 1976, a past member of the Structural Committee of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals, and was a key member of the Department of Community Affairs Hurricane Andrew Damage Assessment Team. In April 2005, Mr. Charland was appointed by Florida Governor Jeb Bush to serve a 4-year term on the eleven-member Florida Board of Professional Engineers. Donata Williams

Ms. Williams is a Structural Engineer with more than 19 years' experience in analysis, design and construction management of various types of structures for governmental, commercial, aviation, educational and residential sectors. She is a LEED Accredited Professional who worked on one of the first LEED certified buildings in the state of Florida. Ms. Williams is responsible for new client development, managing design teams and project management for both public and private sector clients. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, analyzing work load and projecting manpower needs, design team management, quality assurance, and coordination with all individuals involved in the successful completion of our projects.

Linwood Schultz

Mr. Schultz has more than 27 years experience on projects ranging in scope from government, educational facilities, healthcare, office buildings, hotels to parking garages. He has completed designs incorporating most construction materials including wood, steel, concrete, masonry and autoclaved aerated concrete. He has also completed renovation and restoration projects. With significant field experience, he is a valuable asset in anticipating situations that might occur due to various elements of the design. His experience has enabled him to effectively manage projects while providing a high level of service to client. Stewart Conner

Mr. Conner has 16 years of experience in structural engineering and has worked on projects in nearly all 50 states. His experience includes engineering multi-story residential structures, governmental facilities, and education and healthcare facilities. He is skilled in the design of post-tensioned concrete, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, and wood-framed systems. He has also performed extensive threshold inspections for hurricane-prone regions in Florida. He also performed forensic inspections on existing structures in Florida and Tennessee to determine structural integrity. Additionally, he has several years of structural steel detailing experience for education and healthcare facilities.

Todd McCoy - COO, President

Mr. McCoy joined the Precast Concrete Engineering Group (formerly H. Wilden and Associates-HWA) in 1987 after being employed for three years as a Project Engineer for an Iowa precast manufacturer. He was named Vice President of HWA in 1997, and became President and CEO of the Precast Concrete Engineering Group of TRC Worldwide Engineering in 2004. In 2007 he was elevated as Chief Operating Officer of TRC Worldwide Engineering.Mr. McCoy is responsible for projects utilizing precast / prestressed concrete which include parking structures, stadiums, prisons, architectural cladding and industrial buildings. He supervises the work of engineers, project coordinators and drafters in preparation of design calculations, erection drawings and fabrication drawings; checks the work of engineers and drafters for compliance with building codes and client standards; establishes quality control procedures; prepares calculations for wind and seismic lateral load resisting systems, connections and structural member designs; coordinates projects with other team members such as engineers, architects, general contractors and subcontractors; prepares project cost estimates and schedules; trains engineers; evaluates engineering and drafting computer software; conducts technical seminars; assists in the development of industry standards as a member of several committees within the Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute.
