Armand de Geoffre de Chabrignac is a dedicated investor in technology markets. As majority shareholder and chairman of Istria, software vendor specialized in IT infrastructure, Armand successfully led the enterprise throughout its development stages. Istria was subsequently acquired by ASG Software Solutions in 2003.
Laurent graduated in International Trade from the University of Paris XI.
Having founded and developed his first technology company specialized in IT services and distribution, Laurent subsequently sold the enterprise to Network Associates (McAfee). He then went on to create Istria, IT infrastructure software vendor. Istria's economic model and wide distribution network enabled the company flagship product, TrackBird, to become market leader. When Istria was acquired by ASG Software Solutions in 2003, Laurent continued as Vice President responsible for EMEA Business Development, building a European network of partners. Laurent then led direct sales in France and Switzerland. Laurent continues to nurture an extensive network of IT partners in the US, UK and throughout Europe.

Vincent holds a degree in Network and Systems Engineering from EPITA engineering school.
Previously Network and Security Manager at Groupe Auchan, Vincent joined Vision IT Group as Senior Consultant in charge of major projects at key accounts in the banking, insurance and manufacturing sectors.
Vincent specializes in networks and system security; he is responsible for pre-sales, professional services and customer support.
