Tribble & Stephens was founded in 1968 as a partnership between James Stephens and Jay Tribble who shared a vision that a general building contractor could operate successfully by negotiating construction services. Representatives of the Owner, Architect, and Contractor would compose a "partnership" who would work together to produce an optimal project considering the priorities of design, budget, quality, schedule and safety. This delivery system and partnership attitude has prevailed throughout our history as the cornerstone of our success...
