TRUSSES - Key Persons
Ashley is a graduate of the Algonquin College Architectural Technologist Program. She started with VanderWal Homes & Commercial Group in 2015. Ashley joined the VanderWal Group fresh out of school after completing the Co-Operative Educational Program.
Evan is a graduate of the Sheridan College Architectural Technologist Program. He started with VanderWal Homes & Commercial Group in 2016. Prior to joining the VanderWal Group Team, Evan was a designer in the construction field for 17 years. He brings with him to the VanderWal Group, a wide variety of experiences on a wide range of building types.
Jason is a graduate of the Ryerson University Architectural Sciences Program with a specialization in Building Science. His tenure with VanderWal Homes And Commercial Group Inc began in 2004. Jason is currently the Lead Truss Designer and works closely with the rest of the design staff.

With his strong management and analytical skillsets, Jeremy is developing business strategies based on industry trends and customer/client needs, and enacting them. In order to ensure long-term success and growth of the company, Jeremy is responsible for providing overall leadership such that all departments are moving toward a common goal.
Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from nearly 5 decades in the construction industry. Since 2001, Jim has provided the vision and overall direction to develop VanderWal Homes and Commercial Group Inc. into an industry leader in the design, supply and installation of CFS buildings and components.
Mary's finance background, and knowledge of CFS design, ensured the financial viability and operations of the company. During VanderWal Homes and Commercial Group Inc's infancy, Mary was the primary designer on all projects. As the company grew, she was required to focus on the financial operations of the company.
Roland is a graduate from the Fanshawe College Architectural Technologist Program. He started with VanderWal Homes & Commercial Group Inc in 2012. Prior to this, Roland had 15 years of experience in the design of residential wood framed Trusses and Wall Panels. That background has allowed him to move seamlessly into the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Framing.
