Whether you are a travel agent, travel agency, tour or travel promoter, travel supplier, or a traveler, our goal is to recognize potential legal problems before they occur and to take strategic steps to avoid them. Knowledge of your rights and obligations, and travel law in general, is an essential part of this process. We help all of our clients prevent legal issues and disputes from occuring by making sure they understand their legal obligations and do their best to comply with them. We also make sure all of our clients' contracts are airtight so that they are protected (to the full limits of the law) should any dispute or other problem arise. However, if the problem has already arisen, we assist clients in responding quickly and efficiently to minimize any potential liability.
