TREZEVANT REALTY CORPORATION

Has been engaged in commercial real estate for over 40 years. He is active as a developer, construction manager, leasing and sales broker, asset manager and consultant for third party interests, venture partners and in-house projects, with primary focus on retail, office, commercial, and residential. Prior to founding Trezevant Realty Corporation (TRC) in 1992, Mr. Trezevant co-founded Trezevant Properties, developers of office and retail products. Trezevant was employed by the California Real Estate Firm of Earnest W. Hahn, Inc. where he was a manager and leasing agent in the firm's super regional shopping malls, in both Salt Lake City, Utah and Thousand Oaks, California. He changed firms and moved to Menlow Park, California as Director of Real Estate for Cypress Properties, Inc., an office and retail developer.
