TRIAD - Key Persons
Andrea is responsible for all aspects of Triad Finances including Accounts Receivable/Payable , employee benefits and monthly account analysis.
Andrea's duties also include compliance activities related to Federal and State PAC reporting, lobbyist registration, client expense reporting and managing finances for Triad's association management clients
Andrea has an Associates degree in Accounting from Harrisburg Area Community College and recently became a proud Grandmother.

With 20 years of experience in sectors ranging from higher education to state government to the nonprofit realm, Brandi brings a range of expertise to the clients she serves. The Harrisburg native has worked in partnership building and recruitment, grassroots and outreach, event planning, media relations, writing, training and facilitation, campaign development, marketing, public speaking and association/volunteer management.
She has previously served in various communication roles within state government focusing on areas such as health, agriculture and the environment. She's worked with several statewide nonprofits, advocating for support of equitable communities, conservation efforts, workforce training, education, development and access. She's also taught communications as an adjunct professor at a local university.
Brandi is a graduate of both Bennett College and Florida A&M University. She resides in central PA with her family.
Charles provides the team research and auxiliary support for our clients, including bill analysis and tracking as well as issue-based research. He recently graduated college in 2020 and first joined Team Triad as an intern in 2021.
Cheryl is the Administrative Assistant to our Government Relations practice.
Prior to joining team Triad, Cheryl spent more than 14 years with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in the Office of the Majority Leader and the Republican Policy Committee handling constituent inquiries, legislation, travel expenses and scheduling.
Prior to her tenure in the House, Cheryl spent 11 years at the Department of Education as the Assistant to the Director of the Bureau of Teacher Preparation and Certification, Emergency Certification Evaluations and private school certifications.
Cheryl enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her granddaughter.

With more than 20 years of public policy experience serving in a wide variety of roles in the legislative and executive branches of government, as well as the private sector, Doug has earned the respect of leaders from both political parties. He has served as director of communications for Gov. Ed Rendell, as deputy state treasurer, as chief of staff to the Pennsylvania House minority leader, and as vice president of government relations for a Harrisburg public affairs firm.
He has successfully managed public affairs campaigns and advocated for clients at the local, state and federal levels. He has demonstrated an ability to build expertise in new areas, develop and maintain relationships with individuals and groups, and build consensus among those with diverse interests.
Jan brings 20+ years of experience and a distinct skill set to the Triad family. She manages the office and keeps the trains running on-time. Her unique perspective is a tremendous asset for our growing public affairs firm. Jan enjoys supporting executives and department leaders.
Jan previously served as a government relations research analyst and a member services specialist for a statewide professional membership association.
Additionally, Jan held an HR position for a Harrisburg-based advertising agency for six years. She transitioned to HR after serving as the agency's executive assistant.
She lives in Middletown, PA with her husband and two children and is a graduate of Elizabethtown College.

Jennifer brings two decades of objective-focused, high-intensity public policy campaign experience; successfully developing and implementing high-impact campaigns at local, state, and national levels.
Skillful at distilling complex issues into winning messages, she has spent her career building strategic relationships, balancing complex public affairs deliverables, and achieving advocacy objectives in highly regulated sectors.
Prior to joining the team at Triad, Jennifer spent nearly twenty years at a Pennsylvania-based public relations firm, where she led the public affairs practice and served as the managing director of their Philadelphia-area office.
Jennifer also serves as the State Director for Marsy's Law for Pennsylvania, a political organization that seeks to amend the Pennsylvania constitution to include rights for victims of crime. Under her leadership, Marsy's Law passed nearly unanimously in two consecutive legislative sessions and garnered overwhelming voter support during the 2019 general election.
Additionally, Jennifer served as a statewide events director for the 2004 presidential campaign in Pennsylvania.
Jennifer is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Megan brings more than 15 years of public affairs experience in several industry sectors including healthcare, energy and education.
She previously spent 11 years working at a Harrisburg-based public affairs firm where she successfully developed and executed multi-faceted advocacy campaigns on behalf of a variety of clients. Megan has managed public affairs campaigns at the local, state and federal levels.
Prior to that, she served as the State Advocacy Director for the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, where she represented the organization to the state legislature.
Megan is a native of central Pennsylvania and is a graduate from Dickinson College.

Mike has worked in the government arena, both inside and outside, for 28 years. He served as a research analyst, standing committee director, communications director, chief of staff and lobbyist during his career in public policy.
Before coming to Triad, Mike worked in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for 11 years in a multitude of roles. He drafted, negotiated, advocated for, and helped to pass dozens of consequential pieces of legislation from state budgets to health care, education, economic development, environmental/energy policy, gaming, and everything in between. He was also a strategist on countless campaigns across the state and a trusted source of political insight for media outlets across the state.
Mike is from western Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State University.
Mike brings many years of experience in both the Public and Private sectors for the benefit of Triad's clients…He began his government experience working as an aide to United States Senator John Heinz in his Philadelphia Office…He later served in various positions in the state Labor and Industry Department under Governor Dick Thornburgh and rising to the Department's number two leadership position, Executive Deputy Secretary, under Governor's Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker.
He continues to serve as a member of the Philadelphia Shipyard Development Corporation and in the past served on the Board of the State Employees Retirement System and the State Ethics Commission.
In addition to his over 20 years at Triad, Mike's Private sector experience includes work at two Central Pennsylvania Architectural/Engineering firms.
He has degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University and served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Noah joined Team Triad after serving as the Government Relations Specialist for the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. During his time at PSNA, Noah helped to get the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact (Act 68 of 2021) signed into law. He also helped bring attention to issues like nurse staffing and nurse practitioner full practice authority.
Noah attended Lebanon Valley College and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2020 with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in History and Law & Society. He is also enrolled in Temple University's Grant Writing Certificate Course.

Olivia is an experienced advisor to public and private sector decision makers.
She began her career as a legislative staffer to both the U.S. and P.A. House of Representatives, specializing in commercial law and technology. Olivia is credited with data-sharing policy contributions to the U.S. Trans-Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement. She has advised trade groups, national campaigns, and international forums on policy issues at the intersection of human rights, privacy, and freedom of expression.
Olivia joined Triad Strategies' government affairs practice in 2017, representing clients in technology, public safety, municipal government, education, and recreation. She also serves as a non-profit board leader to Harrisburg Young Professionals, the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, Toastmasters International, and Lebanon Valley College.
Olivia is originally from Durham, North Carolina, now living in Harrisburg, PA, and is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College.
Roy Wells is the public face of Triad Strategies. He took one great idea, from a never-ending stream of ideas, and shaped it into one of Pennsylvania's most successful public affairs firms. He saw an industry that was stale and stagnant, and turned it upside down by creating a firm where clients had access to not only traditional government relations services, but also communications, grassroots, and business development professionals.
Before entering the private sector, Roy wanted to save the world from the Soviet Union, but when President Reagan tore down the Berlin Wall, Roy's dissertation came down alongside it. Left with few choices, he spent seven years working in state government with stops in the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives. His career in government ended after serving in the Pennsylvania Treasury Department - developing key management skills and a comprehensive understanding of banking and finance. Upon leaving state government, he leveraged his government and finance expertise and began a career in public affairs.
Today Roy spends his days wandering through the academic oases of Stanford and Oxford, searching for those great business ideas; ideas he will test out more than anyone in the firm will dare to count. Roy is a graduate of Fairfield University and The Pennsylvania State University and has earned certifications from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Said Business School at Oxford University. He has been recognized by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal's 40 under 40, and City & State PA's Power100 and PA Fifty over 50. He also serves on the boards of the Public Affairs Council and the Philadelphia Police Athletic League.
Sakura has over 10 years of experience in Pennsylvania politics, having worked for the Pennsylvania Senate, the Joint Legislative Conservation Committee and the Office of the Governor under former Gov. Tom Corbett.
Sakura brings to the table extensive knowledge in public policy and legislative affairs through her direct work with lawmakers on a multitude of issues at the forefront in Pennsylvania.
Sakura also has political campaign experience, having worked for the PA GOP and HRCC, where she helped secure the majority in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2012.
Prior to joining Triad, Sakura worked for a Harrisburg-based strategic communications firm where she led client work in the health care and financial services industries. She has also worked directly with clients in the energy sector, executing a number of advocacy and communications efforts.
Sakura graduated with honors from Temple University and holds a master's degree from Columbia University.

Savannah brings more than eight years of experience in political project management and collaborative relationship building.
She previously spent three years working for real-estate associations in Pennsylvania where she was responsible for planning and executing political programs, interfacing with state agencies and coordinating the Super PAC's Independent Expenditure campaigns during election cycles.
Prior to that, Savannah served as Deputy Finance Director at a Harrisburg-based political fundraising and consulting firm. Her formative experience also includes serving as the Executive Director for a county political party and working on several political campaigns in various roles ranging from the local level to statewide races. She began her career in 2014 at the PAGOP.
Savannah is a native of Central Pennsylvania, growing up in York County and graduating from Shippensburg University.

Yvonne is the director of Triad's Philadelphia office, working with Philadelphia and Pennsylvania leaders for over 30 years.
A seasoned lobbyist, negotiator, and community relations specialist, Yvonne employs a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving, giving her clients an edge when working with Philadelphia City Council, the state of Pennsylvania, or the United States Congress.
Yvonne has been quite adept at securing funds for local organizations, such as building expansion and cutting-edge equipment purchases for Children's Hospital, Mercy Health Center, Englis House, Delaware Valley Community Health, Maria de los Santos.
Her client list has included Rite Aid, Proctor & Gamble, R.J. Reynolds, Conrail, the Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Co., the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters, the African American Historical and Cultural Museum of Philadelphia, and Sony Music Entertainment.
Yvonne has also worked with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Mercy Hospital, Delaware Valley Community Health, Moore College of Art, the Inglis Foundation, LogistiCare, Lutheran Settlement and Baseball at 30th Street, and Comcast.
