Our company was founded by Castelanelli Francesco in Genoa in the immediate aftermath of the war... During that period, the main activity was the production of pitch to waterproof the twine for sewing the soles of the shoes... When glue appeared in cobblers' workshops, Castelanelli Francesco developed its own line of high quality glues which met successfully the requirements of retailers and users. So, at the end of 1950s, Castelanelli Francesco created the trademark TRE PINI, still well-known all over Italy due to the quality of the products and the abilities of the company.
