Bruce McCracken

Bruce works with Iris Residential on business development opportunities. An experienced business executive, he has worked across a broad range of industries in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney over the past 20 years - including previous senior executive roles with the Kirin Group-owned Lion Pty Ltd and the privately-owned Amatek Group, now part of the Fletcher Building Group. Prior to his corporate roles, Bruce worked as an investment banker in Perth and Melbourne in specialist corporate advisory and project finance roles across a broad range of corporate and financial advisory assignments, including the commercial property sector. He has also practiced as a banking and finance solicitor. Bruce holds Commerce and Law degrees from the University of Western Australia, an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is currently the Managing Director of ASX-listed BMG Resources Ltd, and an Executive Director of ASX-listed AssetOwl Ltd.

Fleur Hudson

Fleur is an Executive Director of Iris Residential and Tribis. She is responsible for managing all legal, contractual and corporate governance aspects of Tribis, including external legal advisors, consultants, builders and sales agents in relation to contracting, compliance and related matters. Fleur also plays a major role in managing the company's joint venture relationships and financing arrangements. Fleur has a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws, and Master of Laws specialising in dispute resolution. She practiced as a solicitor with large national and international law firms in Perth and in London from 1997 until 2009, specialising in construction law - a role which saw her advising large national and international contractors, engineering subcontractors and consultants and principals on a range of residential construction projects (particularly high-end inner-city apartments), civil construction, infrastructure, marine construction and commercial issues.

Maggie Win

Maggie Win joined Tribis in 2005, and became head of the accounting team in 2009 - a role which sees her responsible for all aspects of the company's finances, including preparing annual reports in accordance with IFRS, monthly and quarterly management financial reporting to Directors, year-end consolidated audited financial reporting and maintaining accounting records for all of its managed private entities. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance and an Advanced diploma of Accounting, and is also an associate member of CPA Australia.

Marie Stokes

  • Marketing and Social Media Manager
As a Marketing and Social Media Manger for Iris Residential, Marie defines target audiences for development projects and helps create effective advertising and marketing campaigns to speak to those audiences. She then uses her strong graphic design background to facilitate the process. She manages and designs Iris Residential's social media, print, website and digital marketing accounts, building a strong online and traditional media presence for the company and its projects. Marie has completed a Bachelor of Communications majoring in creative services -marketing and advertising, as well as a Bachelor of Arts majoring in writing and graphic design from Edith Cowan University. After completing her studies, she undertook an Advertising Study Tour in London and Dubai to further extend her knowledge on target marketing. Marie brings to Iris Residential more than seven years real estate marketing experience, gained at some of Australia's leading real estate companies, and knowledge across a broad range of marketing tactics.

Scott Archibald

As the Development Director for Iris Residential, Scott is responsible for assessing proposed project acquisitions and managing those projects from initial feasibility and early concept stage through to construction completion. Scott has completed a Bachelor of Construction Management and his knowledge of construction programming, cost planning and financials and projected cash flows, gained across a decade of construction industry experience in WA, is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of Iris Residential's projects from pre-construction through to completion. Prior to joining Iris Residential, Scott practiced as a quantity surveyor for more than eight years with one of Australia's leading construction cost consultancies and involved in some of WA's most significant State Government infrastructure projects, as well as major private sector developments. A registered member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Scott brings to Iris Residential more than ten years of WA construction industry experience and knowledge across a broad range of development sectors including hospitals, health care and aged-care facilities, education, commercial and multi-residential projects.

Sean Meakin - Secretary

Sean has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Information Technology degree majoring in Information Systems from Charles Darwin University. He is a Chartered Accountant and an associate of the Governance Institute of Australia. Sean provides company secretarial services to various ASX-listed entities, and works closely with their Directors and Executives to ensure that the information required for the management and oversight of these companies is available. Sean also provides assistance when required to Tribis' Financial Controller, with preparation of annual and half-yearly consolidated financial reports and the preparation of Directors reports.

Simon Trevisan - Managing Director

Simon Trevisan has held the role of Managing Director of Iris Residential since the company's inception in 2001, and has overseen its growth into a substantial property developer and investor with a strong track record of more than 30 successfully-undertaken diverse real estate projects. Simon's leadership of Iris Residential has seen him involved in all aspects of the business - from identifying opportunities through to the successful completion of high and medium-density residential developments, englobo land subdivisions, canal and built-form estates and commercial offices. Simon is a Director of real estate trust manager TransLinQ Properties Pty Ltd, the Port Coogee No 790 Trust and the Perry Lakes No 229 Trust. He is also Managing Director of Iris Residential's parent company, Tribis, a private investment group which has developed, financed and managed businesses in a variety of industries around the world. He has significant experience in corporate finance, in Australia and globally, and in executive management of large private and listed public businesses. Simon holds Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Western Australia, and a Masters of Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia, and is a director of ASX-listed public companies Zeta Petroleum plc, AssetOwl Ltd and BMG Resources Ltd. Simon has served on various audit and corporate governance committees, and is also on the board of St George's College Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Association WA.

Tony Perrin

Tony brings more than 25 years' diverse property experience covering the residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial sectors to his role with Iris Residential. Now operating his own consultancy, Nirrep Property, his prior roles and experience include General Manager WA Residential for Frasers Property Australia (formerly Australand), Development Director for Nakheel in Dubai on the Palm Jebel Ali and Waterfront Developments, and Business Development Manager and Development Manager for Australand in the company's Perth and Sydney offices. Tony's career has seen him deeply involved in negotiating a range of property transactions across the private and government sectors, including sales and leasing, together with project viability and sensitivity assessment, budget and cashflow control, revenue/profit management, negotiation of re-zonings, development approvals, design refinement, and the management of value, sales and marketing, consultants and contractors. His experience covers a range of building forms including high, medium and low-rise apartment buildings, mixed-use developments, villas and townhouses, and master-planned communities. He also been involved in mid-rise commercial office parks, commercial car park developments and theme park development, along with trunk infrastructure such as RO plants, district cooling, freeway design and public transportation in the form of rail, light rail and ferry services.
