In 2023, Tri-C Resources Partners I, LLC was formed with plans to acquire operated Gulf Coast conventional producing properties along the Texas Gulf Coast through a privately funded group of "friends and family" investors... From 1985 to 2017, Tri-C Resources operated as a conventional exploration company along the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana. Tri-C has drilled over 850 wells in this fairway up until 2017, when the company pivoted from Gulf Coast conventional exploration and took on a private equity partner to pursue the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk trends in Fayette and Lavaca Counties in Texas.
