Aman Sanghera

Aman initially joined Triangle as the Facilitator / Employment Coach for the RITE program supporting Survivors of Domestic Violence and now has moved into the RITE program for Persons with Mental Health barriers & disabilities. Aman has achieved her Diploma in Social Services, shortly after she found her passion supporting individuals as an Employment Coach. Her background includes experience as a Facilitator and Employment Specialist since 2018.

Denise Sadgrove

  • Director of Finance and Business Development
Denise has over 20 years experience in leadership and business management roles. Since 2007, Denise has overseen the business development, financial and operational direction of Triangle Community Resources supporting the team to successfully deliver numerous provincial and federal employment contracts throughout the Fraser Valley. She continues to be grateful to be part of the team at Triangle who everyday dedicate themselves to making a difference in the communities they serve, helping participants find their purpose and succeed in securing meaningful and sustainable employment.

Esther Wilson

Job Titles:

Esther originally joined Triangle in 2016 and is currently a Facilitator / Employment Coach for both the Futures for Youth RITE Program & the RITE Program for Mental Health barriers & disabilities program in Chilliwack. She graduated from SFU as a Career Development Practitioner, is trained as a Life Coach, and has pursued training at the Justice Institute relating to Conflict Management.

Gordie Chand

Job Titles:

Gordie has been working in the employment industry as a Career Practitioner since 2009. Gordie has successfully completed his Career Development Practitioner Certificate at Simon Fraser University, received his Job Finding Club and Well Personality Dimension Certifications along with an Undergraduate Degree in Economics. He is currently a Facilitator / Employment Coach for the Futures for Youth Program in Abbotsford.

Janet Evans

Janet started her career within the Employment Services field over 15 years ago. She obtained a degree in Community Studies, majoring in Sociology, which led her to focus on Career Development and receive her Career Development Practitioner Certificate through Douglas College. Janet has been part of the Triangle team for over 10 years and is currently a Facilitator / Employment Coach for the Futures for Youth Program in Abbotsford.

Louisa Johnson

Job Titles:
  • Director of Programming and Human Resources
Louisa has worked with clients in the Social Services sector for over 15 years as an Employment Counsellor, Vocational Coach and Facilitator within Government Funded Employment Programs focused on the marginalized and multi barriered population. Louisa joined Triangle in 2011 as a Certified Career Development Practitioner, with a Diploma in Social Work and later obtained her designation as a Certified Addiction Counsellor. Louisa is grateful to have a dedicated team of staff working with her, sharing her passion for delivering programs that improve people's lives by realistically and practically helping to remove or mitigate barriers to employment.

Maria Garcia

Maria joined Triangle Community Resources as an Employment Coach/Facilitator for The RITE Program in our Maple Ridge location. Maria has a background with over 10 years' experience in management and administration, is a trained Life Coach and Reiki Master. In 2019, she changed career paths and while working on the WorkBC program has found her passion lies within the Employment Services Industry. Maria is also fluent in Spanish.

Meredith Madderom

Meredith has numerous years of experience supporting individuals with diverse needs in the community. She joined Triangle Community Resources as a Client Support Assistant and is now using her expertise to support our clients as a Facilitator/Employment Coach for the W.E.S.T. Program at the Chilliwack office.

Nancy Escobar

Nancy joined the Triangle Community Resources team as a Facilitator / Employment Coach for the Futures for Youth RITE Program in Abbotsford. Nancy has achieved her Degree in Child and Youth Care and is a Certified Coach Practitioner. Nancy has over 10 years work experience as a Youth Worker and Youth Outreach Worker. Her passion working with young adults has guided her to become an employment coach. Nancy is also bilingual in Spanish.
