Iana Trifonova, Esq. received her B.B.A. in Finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago in 2003 after a three year accelerated program. In 2005 she received her J.D. from Whittier Law School, where she was enrolled in a two and a half year program and was a member of the Law Review. She also obtained a Certificate in International Law. In 2006 Iana received her L.L.M. in Tax Law from Northwestern University, School of Law in Chicago. She served as an extern for the Honorable Robert W. Alberts of the United States Bankrupcy Court, Central District of California. Iana worked as an attorney in a prestige law firm and handled a broad variety of real estate and general business matters, mortgage lending and securities. She was also an In-House Counsel for a development company, where she worked on private equity and debt financing, commercial lending, corporate formation and contracts. Iana is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois.
