We work with a variety of techniques, such as neuro linguistic programming, transactional analysis, coaching methodologies, MBTI, Insights Discovery, improvisational theatre and psychological models. Importantly, we never shoehorn any solution into a problem. We seek to understand the driving needs of our clients and develop solutions that really will shift an issue for them.
