Prior to joining MicroFocus Technologies, he served at various executive sales and marketing positions at China Northern Power (1989-1994), Beijing Epson Software Development Technologies (1994-1996), and late as the General Manager of Beijing Meetool Video Communication Technologies Co. ltd.
