Dr. Anjali Tate

Dr. Anjali Tate is a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Originally from Manhattan, New York, Dr. Tate attended New York Medical College in 1985 followed by her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Stanford University Hospital in 1989. During her residency, Dr. Tate became the department's Chief Resident in 1992. Upon completing her medical training, Dr. Tate practiced obstetrics and gynecology in California for 21 years and was affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Good Samaritan Hospital-San Jose and El Camino Health-Mountain View. Dr. Tate and her family have lived in Teton Valley since 2019 when she retired from practicing medicine and moved with her family to Driggs, Idaho. "Our family has maintained roots here in the valley for the past 30 years, so Driggs has always felt like home to us," said Dr. Tate. "We love this community, the lifestyle, the outdoors, and the friends we have made here." In addition to practicing medicine in the Bay Area, Dr. Tate served in important leadership roles including as the Director of the Teen Health Clinic with The Permanent Medical Group at Santa Teresa Community Hospital and as the President of Loma Vista Obstetrics & Gynecology Medical Group.

Jacob Moss

Jacob Moss, MD is a General Practice Specialist. He is a native to Southeast Idaho, where he attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and received his bachelor's degree in biology. Dr. Moss then attended and graduated from the Southern Illinois University Schools of Law and Medicine, receiving his doctorate degrees in both. After graduating medical school, Dr. Moss completed his post-graduate training at UC-Denver. Dr. Moss is passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with additional interests in addiction medicine and medical jurisprudence. Dr. Moss and his wife Catherine have three beautiful children. They enjoy golfing, fishing, the outdoors, and traveling.

Janet Conway - Treasurer

Janet Conway, PhD founded and managed Wyoming Pharma Consulting to further licensing, mergers, and acquisitions for pharmaceutical business clients in the US and Europe for over 15 years. Prior to this she served as global head of ophthalmic licensing and business development at Pfizer and Pharmacia, interim head of business development at Bausch & Lomb, business development senior director at J&J World-wide Vision Care Franchise, and a business development consultant to The Magnum Group. Janet earned her PhD in visual neurophysiology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in visual neuroscience at the University of California Irvine. Following her post-doctoral training she joined Allergan as a pharmaceutical drug discovery scientist. Janet and her husband K. Buol Heslin, MD live and operate a ranch in Alta, WY. She and Buol support numerous non-profit organizations in Wyoming, Idaho, and Arizona.

Jo Anne Kay - Chairman

Jo Anne Kay, Ph.D. currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Teton Valley Health. She has been a member of the Board since 2020. Dr. Kay was born in Great Falls, Montana, and graduated from Sugar-Salem High School. She went on to graduate with High Honors from Ricks College and from Brigham Young University magna cum laude with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a secondary teaching certification. She married Terry Kay, a native of Teton Valley, in 1970, and they have raised their four boys and made their home on the family farm ever since. Dr. Kay earned both a Master's Degree and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. Dr. Kay taught in the Teton School District for 16 years and at Brigham Young University-Idaho for an additional 16 years where she also served as Associate Dean of the College of Education before retiring in 2016. Dr. Kay enjoys books, family history, gardening, farming, hummingbirds, and most of all grandchildren.

Ken Dunn

Ken Dunn is the broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties and has lived in the valley since 1994. A Utah native, he grew up fishing local rivers, skiing at Targhee, and working on his family's Tetonia cattle ranch. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University followed by an MBA from Pepperdine University. In addition to his service on the TVH Board, Ken is a founding board member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Teton Valley and former President of the Family Safety Network. Ken and his son live in Tetonia, where they can be found enjoying all aspects of the great outdoors, including back-county, nordic and alpine skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fly-fishing and even a little golf.

Kevin Mayberry

Kevin Mayberry is a native to Southeast Idaho and is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Endospan, a global medical device company focused on endovascular aortic repair, based in Israel. Mayberry was born and raised in Idaho Falls, where he attended Idaho Falls High School. He later graduated from Brigham Young University where he earned his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, Mayberry spent his early years as a mechanical engineer researching, designing, and providing test results for various medical device companies. More recently, Mayberry was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Endologix, a medical device company, where he spent time working in France and Singapore. Mayberry and his family have lived in the valley since 2015 and they are passionate about the outdoors and the agricultural nature of our community.

Lisa K. Loughran

Lisa started her healthcare career with a BS in Dietetics from San Francisco State University (California) and later her MS in Human Nutrition from University of New Haven (Connecticut). After working as a Clinical and Renal Dietician for eight years, she decided to return to school at George Mason University (Virginia) and earn her BS in Nursing. She worked for 13 years as a lead critical care/trauma nurse in California. She then began her first leadership role managing a Heart and Vascular Center and Emergency Department with Sutter Health. In 2013 Lisa moved to Lewiston, Idaho as the Director of Nursing. In 2015, Lisa took a CNO position in Gunnison, CO and then in 2019 became the COO/CNO in Salmon, ID. Her area of expertise and passion is Critical Access Hospitals. Lisa has two daughters, one in college at University of Montana and one en- tering graduate school. Both girls are pursuing careers in nursing and health related fields. She loves all outdoor sports. In the winter, you can find her on the ski slopes and in the summer she spends her time mountain biking and horseback riding. Lisa is an animal lover and has many of her own: horses, pot belly pigs, rabbits, dogs and cats. Lisa has an open door policy and loves to be visited by patients and staff.

Nathan B. Levanger

Nathan B. Levanger, DO is a Board-Certified Family Physician and member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP). r. Levanger serves as Teton Valley Health Care's Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and is the Board Chairman of the MountainStar Care Partners ACO. Dr. Levanger earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He then attended the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California where he earned a Doctorate degree in Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Levanger then completed an internship and residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland, Oregon. In addition to his medical education, Dr. Levanger earned a Master of Medical Managment from the University of Southern California in 2018. As the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and a Family Practice Physician at Teton Valley Health. Dr. Levanger brought stability and unity among the providers at Teton Valley Health and uniformity to medical documentation and clinical processes. As a Family Physician he practiced a patient-centered philosophy emphasizing the treatment of the whole person, and taking into account a patient's lifestyle and environment, as well as their physical and psychological health. Dr. Levanger enjoys living in the mountains of a close-knit community. His outdoor interests include a wide array of hiking, biking, woodworking, skiing, sailing and spending time with his family.

Troy Christensen - CEO

Troy Christensen has joined TVHC after serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Madison Memorial Medical Center in Rexburg, ID. A native of Southeast Idaho, Troy is no stranger to the Teton Valley. Growing up playing sports through High School, he travelled to our Valley throughout the years for games, and he took the time to enjoy the area. Troy received a B.A. in Business Administration/Finance from Boise State University and went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Boise Campus. He brings an extensive background in finance and leadership to his position as CEO at Teton Valley Health Care. "I am humbled by this honor….I am so impressed by the obvious engagement and energy from each person at Teton Valley Health Care! This gives me tremendous excitement and energy for the role I will play at TVHC," he said. Troy currently lives in Rexburg, ID with his wife of 27 years, Tara. They enjoy their family immensely: Sarah & Tanner and their son Noah; McKay & Rochelle; Ambree & Colin; and Joshua. When away from work Troy and Tara enjoy family time, playing games, hiking, working out and even yard work.
