Christopher McGurk is vice president of sales for UAS, spearheading the company's sales and marketing initiatives. In his role, Chris is responsible for managing the sales team, while overseeing the sales and marketing channels, for both the metro and national account divisions. Prior to UAS, Chris held senior sales and sales management positions with ATX Communications Services, a telecommunications company, where he served as senior vice president of sales for vertical markets. Prior to ATX, Christopher worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant and IBM as a marketing representative. Chris is a graduate of Drexel University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in marketing and finance. Chris and his family reside in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Cindy manages UAS's largest national accounts to ensure that all overarching account needs are met in a strategic, coordinated and timely manner. She works closely with the sales, operations and support departments to communicate and align customer priorities, develop and manage project plans for large scale customer initiatives, and maintain consistency throughout the footprint of each brand. Cindy leverages more than 18 years of UAS experience in project management, customer service, quality assurance and multi-team leadership to achieve this goal. Cindy holds a B.A. in Biology from The University of Pennsylvania. She and her family reside in South Jersey.

Dave joined UAS in 2006 as an installation technician for the local Metro department. Dave quickly excelled to Lead Service Technician then to Service Manager. In 2014, Dave moved into the office full time with the role of Operations Technical Liaison and quickly became the "go to" person for all departments and solidified his role as the UAS technical expert. In 2021, Dave was promoted to Technical Services Manager where he accelerated to his current role as the Director of Technical Services. In this role, Dave oversees the Technical Services team comprised of Video Verification Specialists, Project Management, CAD and Technical Services Specialists. Dave holds a NICET Level II certification in Fire Protection Engineering Technology as well as many other industry certifications and licenses. Dave resides in Downingtown, PA with his wife and three kids where he enjoys developing and coaching youth baseball and fishing as much as possible.

Jeff Crowther is the director of information technology for UAS, overseeing the company's information technology department. He is responsible for identifying and implementing new technology to increase the efficiency of company operations, as well as managing and supporting the technology infrastructure. Prior to joining UAS, Jeff worked for Brandywine Realty Trust where he was the director of information technology, responsible for the IT infrastructure and support. Jeff is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in elementary education. Jeff and his family reside in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Kevin leverages his 12 years of career experience and today oversees UAS' Technical Support department. Kevin is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to deliver quality Service and unmatched Customer Support. These opportunities include on-board training, continued education and updating process and procedures. Prior to joining UAS, Kevin worked for Evolve IP where he served as Senior Manager of Tier 2 Support. Kevin's main responsibility was training and developing associates to deliver a positive Customer Experience. Kevin is a graduate of Hofstra University where he earned a degree in Marketing. Kevin and his family reside in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Leonard Miller is the Director of Operations at UAS of Philadelphia, a national provider of integrated security services that protects more than $15 billion in commercial and residential assets. Len is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the UAS National Service team, the Warehouse operations, as well as the local Metro area Installations and Service. Preceding his current position, Len was the Metro Operations Manager for UAS. As the Operations Manager Len was able to use his more than 25 years of industry experience to support the Metro Department including, providing clients with comprehensive security analyses as well as specific offerings including burglar and fire alarm protection and closed-circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring. In addition, he offered support in System design and engineering, sales department support, both technically and financially, as well as installation and permitting compliance. Prior to joining UAS in 2016, Len has worked for several industry leaders and has held positions ranging from installation technician, to Operations Manager, to General Manager. Len currently holds his level III NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) Certification and is licensed by the state of New Jersey for both Fire and Burglary. Len presently resides with his wife in Haverford township Pa. where they enjoy spending their free time with their daughter and two young grandchildren.

Rich Rhodes is the Senior Director of Operations with UAS, which protects more than $15 Billion in commercial and residential assets. Rich leverages his 37 years of industry experience and today oversees UAS' National Installation, National Service, Metro and Warehouse Departments. Rich is responsible for identifying and implementing new processes to increase the efficiency of department operations as well as managing and supporting the ongoing technical training throughout the Operations Department. When Rich joined UAS in 2003, he first managed UAS' Metro Department followed by managing UAS' Five Diamond Certified, UL listed Central Station. Rich currently oversees UAS' Operations Department. Prior to joining UAS, Rich worked for Militia Hill Security for 17 years where he was responsible for day to day operations, which included sales, service and installation of commercial and residential alarm systems. Rich is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a BS in Business Administration. Rich and his family reside in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Rich is licensed in several States throughout the country, including Arkansas, Michigan, Oklahoma, Nevada, Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee and Oregon.

Scott R. Elkins is president of UAS and an industry leader in developing successful business models for introducing and implementing new technology, solutions and services in the security alarm industry. Scott created UAS's national accounts division in 1989 and has substantially grown the business unit over the years, targeting a wide variety of vertical markets, by leveraging its unique centralized management structure. Scott serves on the board of directors, as chairman of NetOne, an elite network of the ‘best of the best" independently owned security companies. He is a co-founder and advisory board member of Catavault, a pioneer in the online user identification and authentication space, whose technology powers the "All-Access Pass to the Internet," allowing users to access more than 3,500 sites. Scott is active in his local community and is a board member of the Constitutional Walking Tour of Philadelphia. He studied at Villanova University and earned a Master of Science in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Scott and his family reside in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
