Jamie Lane is a Managing Director of Tully & Holland, Inc. He has 25 years of experience in law and finance focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Offerings, and Equity Research. He has expertise across all aspects of the Capital Markets spectrum, having advised companies from start-up funding to public/private exits with specialties including: E-commerce, Retail, Travel, Restaurants, Beverage, Distribution, and Business Services. He has deep and long-standing relationships across the sell-side, buy-side, VC, private equity, and legal communities. Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Jamie worked at Merrill Lynch as a strategic advisor to business owners, family foundations, and ultra-high net worth individuals, helping to structure sophisticated plans focused on asset sales, investments, tax efficiency, and estate planning. In addition, he spent over a decade as a Director with William Blair & Co., helping to found its Boston Office and build out its Equity Capital Markets business in the Northeast. A lawyer by training, Jamie began his career in Chicago as an antitrust, securities, and tax attorney with Katten Muchin Rosenman. Jamie received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, his B.A. from Colgate University, and holds the Series 7 & 66 licenses. He has two daughters, helps to coordinate and coach the Wellesley Girls Lacrosse Program, is an avid traveler, and enjoys the chance to ski, golf, and scuba dive when he gets the chance.

Madhu Chaudhary

Madhu Chaudhary is a consultant at Tully & Holland, Inc. Prior to working with the Firm, Madhu advised Zuna Capital Partners, an India-Focused Special Purpose Buyout Fund setup to acquire a small to mid-sized company with an exposure to the Indian economy. At Zuna, his responsibilities included deal sourcing, site visits, valuation and due diligence. Prior to Zuna, Madhu covered US, UK and Indian retail and consumer stocks for Sequence Capital, a New York headquartered long/short hedge fund. As part of the fund's team of global analysts, he generated long/short investment ideas in the Retail and Consumer sector through a fundamentally-driven research process. Apart from recommending stocks, he also assisted portfolio managers with position sizing as well as portfolio risk analytics. Madhu graduated from the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Babson College as a Dean's Scholar. He holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Finance & Investment from the University of Exeter, UK.

Timothy Tully - President

Tim Tully is President of Tully & Holland, Inc. and serves as head of the Food and Consumer Groups. His 20+ year investment banking experience includes merger & acquisition and corporate finance advisory services for clients throughout the consumer packaged goods sector. During his tenure at the firm he has represented clients in sellside, buyside and capital raising transactions within food & beverage, direct marketing & retail, pet food, sporting goods, giftware & souvenirs, and other specialty products categories. Prior to joining Tully & Holland, Tim spent almost 20 years advising companies such as Procter & Gamble Co. and General Mills, Inc. and held senior management positions with H.J. Heinz Company and RJR Nabisco, both here and abroad. Tim began his career in the corporate lending training program at Citibank, N.A., after which he held positions in marketing, general management and corporate development. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College. Tim has served as a Director for the Harvard College Fund. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses. Tim was a member of the Groton School Parents Committee and has served as a Trustee of the Portsmouth Abbey School Alumni Board.
