David A. Francis

David A. Francis, DPM obtained his pre-medical education at the University of Michigan and Wayne State University. He enrolled at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated Valedictorian of his class, receiving his degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. After completion of a two-year surgical residency at Hillcrest Health Center, in Oklahoma City, he joined Green Country Podiatry Center in Tulsa. He remained at Green Country until the merger with Metro Tulsa Foot and Ankle Specialists in July 2015. Dr. Francis is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. While in residency, Dr. Francis completed research on Absorbable Internal Fixation Devices and completed courses on Neuro-Vascular Micro Surgery and Arthroscopic Surgery. He has lectured on a variety of topics, and was instrumental in setting up the foot clinic at the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless in 2003. Dr. Francis served as president of the Oklahoma Podiatric Medical Association from 1997-1999.

Dr. Jeremy Mason

Jeremy Mason, DPM, is board certified in foot surgery as well as reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Mason has been practicing in Podiatry in Owasso since 2008 and says, "I appreciate the opportunity to deliver effective, evidence-based care in a relaxed environment." While he is particularly skilled in the areas reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, wound care and management of diabetic foot complications, he welcomes the opportunity to help you with any foot and ankle concerns. Dr. Mason earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater in 2000. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences in Chicago, Illinois in 2005. He completed his internship and residency training at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio and the Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. Dr. Mason is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Oklahoma Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Mason's personal interests include spending time with his family, running, and playing tennis.

Dr. Justin Albright

Dr. Albright completed his surgical residency in foot, ankle, and lower extremity reconstruction/ limb salvage. His internship training was completed at North Chicago VAMC treating both veterans and active duty military personnel. The high surgical volume during residency of inpatient and outpatient procedures at St. Joseph Hospital and its affiliates throughout Chicagoland allowed for his completion of surgical number requirements to sit for both foot and ankle reconstruction surgical boards. As a result of completing case logs ahead of the time requirements for graduation, additional time was created to allow additional focus on complex cases as well as time for research. Dr. Albright spent elective time in the Orthopedics department at Marshfield Clinics, Marshfield, WI. The training consisted of research as well as performing complex reconstructions/limb salvage procedures on motor vehicle accidents and farming injuries. Additional elective time was also spent at the Chicago Foot and Ankle Deformity Correction Center, Chicago, IL. This training was focused on the surgical treatment of complex foot and ankle conditions such as charcot joints, clubfoot, polio, pediatric/adult flatfoot deformities, revising surgical failures, and post traumatic deformities. During his residency and in continuing education, Dr. Albright completed training in internal fixation, external fixation, total ankle arthroplasty, deformity correction, arthroscopic procedures, and micro neurovascular surgical techniques. During his training, Dr. Albright also treated non-surgical pathology with conservative approaches as well as co-authoring journal articles. Since joining Metro Tulsa Foot and Ankle in 2009, he has seen daily application of his training and sustained growth of the practice into the largest and most pathological encompassing foot and ankle group in the region.

Dr. Kevin T. Quang

Dr. Kevin T. Quang is a native Oklahoman who was born and raised in Tulsa. He is a graduate of Union High School and completed his undergraduate degrees at the University of Oklahoma. Afterwards, Dr. Quang attended the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine (Chicago, IL). Following his medical education, he then completed his podiatric medicine and surgery residency with reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery at the Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH) and the Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma (Oklahoma City, OK). In addition to his Podiatric Medical Degree, he also holds bachelor's degrees in Biological Sciences, Psychology, and Chinese.

Dr. P. Shawn Hatfield

Dr. Hatfield is a native Oklahoman who attended Oklahoma State University graduating with a Bachelors in Biological Sciences. He then attended the Dr. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. Following his graduation from medical school he completed a three-year surgical residency in Chicago, IL with a major focus on complex reconstruction of the foot and ankle including total ankle joint replacement. Dr Hatfield also treats sports injuries with the common goal of returning the athlete to their activities in a timely fashion. He served as chief resident during his residency and has published several peer reviewed journal articles. Dr. Hatfield is board certified in foot and ankle reconstruction including total ankle replacement surgery and treats all conditions of the foot and ankle. He enjoys working with each patient to develop a targeted treatment plan individualized for the patient's needs. During his free time Dr. Hatfield enjoys spending time with his family, is active in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is passionate about physical fitness.

Dr. Tera Santistevan

Dr. Santistevan is a highly skilled podiatrist specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery. Originally from Owasso, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she also competed on the women's soccer team. Her pursuit of medical education led her to Western University of Health Sciences, where she obtained her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. Subsequently, Dr. Santistevan underwent postgraduate residency training at Advocate Christ Medical Center, the largest level-1 trauma center in the South Chicago metro area. During her residency, Dr. Santistevan received intensive surgical training, including a wide range of lower extremity traumas, such as ankle fractures, and hindfoot fractures as well as many diabetic limb preservation cases with exposure to muscle and skin flap techniques. Her residency program specialized in Charcot Reconstruction of the hindfoot and midfoot Charcot deformities. Dr. Santistevan's clinical experience also involved working with NCAA Division 1 and professional-level athletes, providing comprehensive care for sports-related injuries. As a dedicated practitioner, Dr. Santistevan maintains an active membership in the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM), and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Santistevan finds joy in spending time with her newborn daughter and husband. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, jogging, and hiking, all of which help her maintain a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Dr. Santistevan is enthusiastic about being back in Tulsa, where she can contribute to the community she loves and provide exceptional care for her patients.
