Andy Rutberg is the Global CEO of Wunderman Thomson MSC, which serves as the offshore production and studio arm of Wunderman Thompson. As Global CEO, Andy oversees 2,000 employees across 12 centers, including marketing operations specialists, workflow and DAM experts; production strategists; digital production specialists; video editors; social listeners and technologists. Andy is an innovative leader with a deep passion for customers, helping them navigate the challenging process of achieving measurable return on marketing investment. He has a proven track record of catapulting an organization's ability to "raise the bar" to compete, win and lead in new markets. Andy joined Wunderman as its first Chief Data officer in 2005 and built a robust data and analytics practice for clients such as Microsoft, Dell and Nokia. In 2007 starting with a small digital production team in Buenos Aires, Andy built Wunderman Thompson MSC into one of the largest production technology groups in the industry. Today under his leadership the company has grown in size to reach 2000+ people delivering onshore; nearshore and offshore marketing technology services for fortune 500 global clients such as Microsoft, Ford, Colgate, United Airlines, Shell, Dell, GSK, HSBC including: Production Operating Models and Platforms; Production Strategy; Production Studios and Scaled Production. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Andy held senior positions at IBM, Harte Hanks and BCBS, and was the founder and CEO of his own ERP software company. Outside of work, Andy loves to spend time with his children, as well as paddle board on the lakes around Massachusetts and Cape Cod. He lives in Boston.

Annette Male is the Chief Executive Officer, APAC at Wunderman Thompson - a global network built to inspire growth for ambitious brands. As a 20-year industry veteran, Annette has built a reputation for inspiring growth for clients. Over the years, Annette has worked with a renowned portfolio of clients, including HSBC, Friso, Visa, HPE, Disney and Unilever. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Annette was the APAC CEO at Digitas, where she was responsible for the China, India, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysian markets. While at Digitas, Annette helped the agency win Agency of the Year twice in Australia and Singapore, as well as win numerous local creative and people awards. Based in Singapore, Annette loves to spend time with her husband and two children. Also, after taking a month off to spend time at a Muay Thai camp in Phuket, she's turned Muay Thai into her secret passion.

Bas Korsten

Bas Korsten is the Global Chief Creative Officer at Wunderman Thompson - a responsibility he shares alongside Daniel Bonner. Before this, Bas was a Creative Partner at J. Walter Thompson's Amsterdam office as well as JWT's Global Futures Council Lead. Bas's ambition and commitment to creativity and innovation turned a local office into one of the most talked about and awarded agencies in the world. With ground-breaking, double Grand Prix-winning campaign ‘The Next Rembrandt', the agency became the most awarded Dutch agency at Cannes in 2016 and won the title Cannes Lions Innovation Agency of the Year. In December 2016, Bas was honored by AdAge'sCreativity 50, listing the 50 most creative people of the year, together with Tom Ford, Beyoncé, Prince and David Bowie. In April 2017, this honor was followed by being selected by Adweekas ‘One of 10 Global Creative Leaders reinventing Advertising and the Ad industry.' Bas originally graduated as a Logistics Engineer but moved swiftly into advertising as a junior copywriter. Two years later he became Creative Director and Board Member of DDB Amsterdam, before leaving with his creative partner Michael, to start their own agency: Selmore. After setting up an experimental agency called Nothing in 2008, Bas joined JWT in 2011 with the ambition to truly do things differently. So, he did. To date, Bas has won 34 Lions, 11 D&AD Pencils amongst which a Black Pencil for his work for Free a Girl ‘School for Justice', plus numerous other international awards. He has judged at all major award shows and gives talks at schools and universities on innovation in the wider ad industry. Bas loves watching his four kids play sports and keeps hoping one of them will follow in his brother's footsteps playing for Tottenham Hotspur. But Liverpool would be ok too. Together with his youngest daughter Isabelle, he loves writing music. Luckily for everyone, she's the only one singing. Making it to the finals of The Voice Kids twice.

Becky Chidester

At Wunderman Thompson Health, Becky has built a global division servicing Fortune 50 clients that represents one of the largest growth engines for Wunderman Thompson. Wunderman Thompson Health is uniquely built to inspire powerful growth for ambitious health and life sciences brands. A member of the WPP Health Practice, Becky has also shaped the overall WPP health offering. Becky has focused on integrating creativity and data throughout her career, which spans politics, relationship marketing, digital and healthcare. A longtime proponent of personalized marketing, she is passionate about its power to break what she calls health inertia and to inspire action. Today, Wunderman Thompson Health brings this approach to its work with industry leaders like GSK, Pfizer, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Centene and Merck Animal Health. Becky came to Wunderman as COO of the New York office and was subsequently elevated to president. Previously, as head of RTC Relationship Marketing, she rebuilt the direct marketing agency into a digital and CRM powerhouse for healthcare clients. An advocate for women in business, Becky was the first woman on Wunderman's executive team and launched Women@Wunderman, which developed into Pass It On, to strengthen the agency's commitment to developing more women in leadership roles. Becky lives in New York City. On the weekends, you can find her on the North Fork in Long Island, enjoying some sun (hopefully), biking, sailing and tasting wine from local vineyards.

Caroline Foster Kenny

Caroline Foster Kenny joined Wunderman Thompson in June 2020 as Global Chief Client Officer. She is responsible for global client relationship development, working cross-functionally across all Wunderman Thompson capabilities to drive business and brand transformation for the top 30 clients. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Caroline served as CEO across UK and EMEA regions for IPG Mediabrands where she spearheaded a transformative strategy for all of the group's digital and media businesses, including Initiative, UM, The Reprise Network, Stickyeyes, Rapport, Mubaloo, MAGNA and Orion. Before IPG Mediabrands, Caroline was the Global Chief Client Officer at MEC (now Wavemaker), part of WPP's GroupM, where she built and grew global client relationships, overseeing the agency's top 30 global clients. Caroline was part of WPP for over 20 years, holding various international leadership roles, including a six-year stint in Asia, based out of Hong Kong and Shanghai. In 2019, Caroline was shortlisted as MediaWeek's Industry Leader of the Year and was Chair of Judges for Campaign's Media Awards. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide breadth of client categories and across the full spectrum of media communication disciplines. Caroline lives in London.

Daniel Bonner

Daniel Bonner is the Global Chief Creative Officer at Wunderman Thompson - a responsibility he shares alongside Bas Korsten. Together they are responsible for bringing ambitious clients a competitive advantage through innovation, inspired by creativity, data and technology. Daniel focuses the agency on raising the standard of the work, inspiring new possibilities, and harnesses the breadth of the company's capabilities to set new benchmarks for the industry. Daniel has a proven track record of collaboration - establishing and growing teams from which award-winning work has flourished, including the most coveted medals from Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, LIAA, ADC and One Show. Daniel has also proudly led teams to more than 20 Agency of the Year titles as well as an ‘Agency of the Decade' award. On a more personal note, Daniel was invited to be a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts as well as being named No.1 Digital Creative Director by Campaign and "Influencer of the Year" by Creativepool. Diane Holland

Ewen Sturgeon is CEO of Wunderman Thompson EMEA, where he over-sees the strategic growth of the business and operations across 30 markets. Ewen is a renowned leader with more than 25 years of experience driving innovation and growth across multiple client sectors including commerce, creativity, data and technology. Over the years, he has worked with top-tier clients, where he created the first-ever commerce site for M&S and developed the first Digital Centre of Innovation for Astra Zeneca. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Ewen was Chief Operating Officer of Publicis.Sapientfor their EMEA & APAC regions, where he helped lead the integration of DigitasLBi, Sapient Razorfish and Sapient Consulting Assets across Europe. Before that, he was CEO of DigitasLBiInternational for four years, where he drove accelerated growth in the business and worked with key clients on transformative ways of working. This included the first Digital Centre of Innovation for Astra Zeneca, bringing together nearly 100 experts across strategy, service design, technology, data, creative and consulting to develop innovative new products and services. Ewen started his career in 1991 by launching one of the first Internet agencies, The Presentation Company, which later became Wheel. Ezinne (Kwubiri) Okoro

Ezinne (Kwubiri) Okoro joined Wunderman Thompson in October 2020 as the agency's first Global Chief Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Officer responsible for creating a comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion strategy for Wunderman Thompson. Ezinne previously made an impact on addressing inequality and lack of diverse representation in the fashion/retail industry as H&M's first Head of Inclusion & Diversity for North America. At H&M, she designed strategic frameworks to drive inclusion, equity and diversity; facilitated thought-provoking conversations about corporate culture; and led innovative corporate change and community activism. She served as a principle advisor for various markets and the Global H&M Group leadership team. Prior to H&M, Ezinne spent nearly 12 years with Viacom Media Networks (now ViacomCBS) in various change management roles, where she designed and led solutions for enterprise-wide implementations. During her tenure at Viacom, Ezinne served as a coach, mentor and collaborator with C-level executives and functional leadership to achieve long-term, consistent and innovative practices. Ezinne was named to the Top 100 Transformers in Business by Business Insider in 2020, The Network Journal's 40 under Forty and ESSENCE Magazine's Women to Watch in Fashion. Juan Pablo Jurado

Juan Pablo Jurado is Chief Executive Officer of Wunderman Thompson Latin America. As CEO, he oversees all operations across 9 markets, the largest advertising network in the region. His responsibilities include growing the agency's new business, creative, digital and data-driven marketing and digital transformation offerings. A strong leader, under his direction as President of the Wunderman Buenos Aires office and previously the CEO of Wunderman Latam, Juan Pablo skillfully led Wunderman to become Latam's largest agency. Juan Pablo joined the company in 2002 as a result of the merger between Wunderman and Stopromotion, a promotional marketing agency, which he founded in 1997. Prior to that, he was on the client side as Marketing Director at Adidas. Juan Pablo holds a degree in Advertising. Maree Prendergast

She also held several talent management positions at Marina Maher Communications (part of Omnicom) for six years. Mel Edwards

This has served her well since taking the reins at the newly created agency formed by the merger of J. Walter Thompson with Wunderman. Under Mel's leadership, Wunderman Thompson has won numerous high-profile accounts including Shell's consolidated global CRM and retail account. Today some of the agency's largest brands include HSBC, Best Buy, Duracell, BT, EE and more.​ Mel started at Wunderman UK as the CEO in 2012, where she was tasked with turning the agency into a force in the marketplace, and three years later, she became the CEO of Wunderman EMEA. In September 2018, Mel was named Global CEO of Wunderman and successfully led the agency's transition to Wunderman Thompson.​ Mel is a member of the Ad Council and has been recognized as one of the most influential people in digital marketing and advertising on many occasions. Naomi Troni

Naomi joined Wunderman Thompson in March 2020 as Global Chief Marketing and Growth Officer responsible for global marketing, new business and communication of the Wunderman Thompson brand, working cross-functionally across all capabilities to drive growth. Naomi was formerly with MullenLoweGroup where, since 2014, she served as Global Chief Growth Officer. During her tenure she led the global rebranding of the MullenLoweGroup network following the merger of Mullen with Lowe and Partners. The merger rebranding was awarded a Cannes Lion in 2016 and led to the network being named to the Ad Age A-List in 2018. Prior to MullenLoweGroup, Naomi spent a decade at Havas where she held key roles across Europe, the USA and Asia. She served as CEO, Havas Worldwide Southeast Asia, based in Singapore and Global CMO of Havas Worldwide, based in New York, where she also led the global rebranding of the Euro RSCG Worldwide network and its agencies as Havas Worldwide. Naomi has served as a judge for numerous advertising awards, including Cannes, Spikes Asia, Cristal Festival and the EFFIES, and sits on the International Council for WGI Worldwide, an international organization to educate people around the world to combat illiteracy. Neil Dawson

Neil Dawson is a renowned strategist who has over two decades of experience working with world-leading brands across the automotive, CPG, financial services and travel and hospitality industries. He is passionate about demonstrating the commercial and customer value of our work across the consumer experience. Prior to Wunderman Thompson, Neil served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Publicis Sapient International, where he led large-scale digital transformation projects across multiple industry sectors. His team was responsible for shaping the digital products and services, new business model innovation and the digital experience ecosystem required to deliver business and consumer value. During his tenure at Publicis Sapient the company twice won Digital Innovation agency of the year for Campaign. Earlier in his career, Neil held several strategy leadership roles at prominent creative agencies including TBWA/London, where he was both Chairman and Executive Planning Director, and led one of London's biggest and most successful planning departments. He was also a Planning Director at Havas London and the Founder and Director of HMDG, an independent creative agency, for five years. He's helped his teams rack up numerous awards for both strategy and creative effectiveness. During his time at TBWA the agency won 6 IPA Effectiveness Awards. Neil Stewart

Shane Atchison

As a 25-year veteran in the advertising and digital marketing industry, Shane is recognized as an innovative leader who creates meaningful and effective experiences for clients on a global scale. As CEO, North America, Shane is responsible for driving transformative change for clients through consulting, data, commerce, and technology services. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Shane was the CMO of DOMO, a fully mobile, cloud-based operating system for digitally-connected businesses. Before that, he was the CEO of POSSIBLE, where he established the company's strategic and creative vision to deliver award-winning work for clients. While at POSSIBLE, Shane led the Microsoft relationship globally for WPP and formed the Amazon Center of Excellence, as well as helped the agency to be recognized as one of AdAge's ‘Best Places to Work.' Shane joined WPP in 2006, when he sold his digital and data agency, ZAAZ to Wunderman/WPP. ZAAZ was one of the seven agencies integrated to form what is now POSSIBLE. Shane is a sought-after thought leader and has been published in a number of prestigious outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Ad Age, Adweek, CMO.com and The Drum, among others.
