Catherine M. Keenan

Catherine M. Keenan holds a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a J.D. (cum laude) from New England School of Law which she earned in 1987. While attending law school Ms. Keenan was a senior editor for the New England Law Review. She practiced in Boston for ten years in the areas of Real Estate Law and Franchise Litigation. She was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1997 and continues to concentrate her practice in the areas of contract formation, corporate and real estate transactional work. Ms. Keenan also has extensive experience representing clients in probates, guardianships and conservatorships and trust administrations. She has been an advocate for her clients in mediations, arbitrations and in state court. Ms. Keenan is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and the Pima County Bar Association.

Harold C. Valentine

Harold Valentine, the founding attorney for Valentine & Valentine, proudly served in WWII. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law on the G.I. Bill in 1947. He served in Rutgers School of Law as Business Manager of the Law Review. As an active member of the New Jersey State Bar, he promoted reform of the Public Defender System and helped establish the Legal Aide program for Passaic County. He proudly served as the President of the Passaic County Bar Association. He remained dedicated to supporting Veterans, Police, Fire and Law Enforcement for over 60 years of practice.

Mark J. Valentine

Mark J. Valentine is a specialist in Estate and Trust Law through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Arizona. He attended Seton Hall School of Law and Social Justice and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence ( J.D.) which he received in 1989. He also attended the University of Arizona where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts. Mr. Valentine has been advising clients as a lawyer regarding Estate, Tax and Business planning for more than twenty years. He is licensed by the Arizona and New Jersey State Bars and is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts. Mr. Valentine began his career as a prosecutor and is comfortable in the courtroom. He is a member of the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Counsel and the Probate Property and Trust Section of the American Bar Association. He is approved to provide continuing education for Lawyers, Certified Public Accountants and Financial Professionals. He is also an instructor certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to provide continuing education for real estate professionals.
