Our Complaints Manager, Adrienne Madden will review your feedback then work with you to find a solution.
Adrienne, co-owner, has been with Vercoe Insurance Brokers for the last 35 years. Her favourite part of her job is meeting new clients and tailoring the best solutions for them. She is best known for her amazing people skills and collaborative ideas. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, being at the beach, or cruising in her '68 mustang.

Anna is responsible for processing renewals for domestic insurances. She enjoys the quoting process and finding the best value for our clients. Before Vercoes, Anna was a stay at home mum raising 2 girls and running a home cleaning business. Her girls keep her busy when she is outside of work.

Having been with us since 2019, Brooke has more recently stepped into the role of People and Culture Leader. Having graduated from university with an HR and Psychology degree, she is our HR guru, responsible for new recruits, our office atmosphere and team culture. Outside of work, Brooke is known as the mum of the group; she loves shopping and spending time with her family.

Claire has been with Vercoes since the beginning of 2021, having joined us after working as a Pharmacy Technician for 10 years. Her favourite part about her role is getting to know our clients and making sure that their insurance needs are met and is the right fit for them. Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks at the beach and growing some of her own vegetables.

Ivana celebrates 6 years with Vercoes this year. Her favourite part about her role is aiding clients in finding the best solutions for them. She has over 15 years of industry knowledge and is always willing to give a helping hand. Before Vercoes, she lived in London working in insurance and looking after her young children. She loves to bake and go for walks in her spare time.

Jacinda has been with Vercoes for a year. She oversees the claims team and specializes in more complex claims. Her favourite part of the role is having to think outside the box in order to get the best outcomes for clients. Jacinda joins us after having her 2 boys, and previously, being a lawyer. Outside of Vercoes, she likes to catch up with family and friends, and read.

Kelly has been with us for almost 6 years now, as a support and broker in the Matamata office, helping brokers find the best solution for their client's needs. She loves getting to know clients and being able to help them with their insurance issues. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys running and spending time with her children.
Kimberley is part of our claims team. She sees your claims through from start to finish. Before working at Vercoes, she worked at Tower Insurance, working in motor claims. In her spare time, Kimberley likes to spend time with her pets and read.

Linda, co-owner, has been with Vercoe Insurance Brokers for the last 30 years. She has a strong passion for Farm Insurance and with her farming background, understands the type of insurance farming clients need. Her love for people, knowledge and determination will make sure you are taken care of. She is known for her confidence and willingness to lend a hand. Outside of Vercoes, Linda is an F45 regular, loves spending time with her children, and heading to the beach.

Lisa has worked with Vercoes for over 20 years and is a popular member of the Matamata community. She enjoys being able to help her clients with any insurance enquiries they may have. Her favourite part of her role is the client relationships and helping them find solutions to their needs. Lisa likes to spend time caring for her vege garden outside of work.

When you have a claim, Loren will take care of the entire process on your behalf. She will work as your advocate and speak directly to the insurer for you. Prior to joining us Loren and her fiance were managing a dairy farm whilst raising their young son. Before this Loren was at AON insurance. Loren's favourite part of her role is getting the best result for the client.
Micheal joins Vercoes after spending time at Vision College, as an Agriculture Tutor. He is looking forward to helping clients find the best insurance policies for them. His calm energy and humour are a great addition to our Morrinsville office. Outside of work, Michael enjoys smoking meats on the BBQ, and getting out for a bush walk with his family.

Pam has been with us since 2011 and has made the role of reception her own. She is the first person you will speak to when calling and welcomes everyone into our office. Pam is responsible for accounts, general office duties and above all office support. When she is away from work she adores time with her family and enjoys gardening and reading.

Rhianna joins Vercoes after spending most of her career working within Insurance Broking and Claims with one of our partners, Vero Insurance. Her confident, welcoming energy is perfect for leading our Matamata team, with her favourite part of her role being able to meet new clients and build relationships with them. In her spare time, she enjoys being able to spend time with her family and listening to music.

Rhiannon started with us 5 years ago, having no insurance knowledge. Since then, she has grown into an amazing and knowledgeable commercial broker. Rhiannon's favourite part of her job is building relationships with clients and constantly learning new things about the industry. Her humor always brings laughs around our office. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and playing sports.

Having grown up in Sri Lanka, Sayuri joined our team in 2015, coming from a merchandising and marketing background. Sayuri provides Broker support to Linda and Rhiannon, as well as doing some of her own commercial and domestic broking. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.

Vicki is a recent addition to our team, having worked previously with insurers, her favorite part of her role is the ability to help the brokers to ensure they can focus on the big projects. She loves collaboration and teamwork. Her favourite outside of work activity is going for walks, relaxing, and hanging out with her family.
Witty joins us while completing a communication based design degree. She is your go-to person for all things marketing or design related - she takes care of all our partnerships, media campaigns and social media. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, shopping and going on road trips to the beach.
Yasmin is a part of our Broker Support team. She aids the brokers in processing domestic policies and following up on any general enquiries. Her favourite part of her role is always learning new things. Her calm, grounded and caring personality is an amazing addition to our team atmosphere. Outside of work, Yasmin enjoys lake days and weekends at the beach.
