As a United Lending Partners Mortgage Loan Officer, I take a consultative approach to the home loan process by customizing each home financing solution to help customers achieve their home financial goals. Gary has been helping people make smart decisions about financing their real estate for over 30 years. As a California attorney, he understands the language in your mortgage paperwork, and can explain it in everyday language you understand, so you're comfortable with what you're signing. With his experience working with many lenders, he can give you a great loan even if your situation isn't cookie-cutter perfect. He can mentor you to understand what to do, and what not to do, to increase your credit scores as much as possible to get the best interest rate. And while he can help you make smart financial decisions for your current purchase or refinance of a home, a rental, or a commercial property, he can also educate you about what decisions to make now, that will help create a better financial future for you and your family.
What I love most about being a loan consultant is being able to make a difference in peoples' lives. After all, buying a house is the biggest investment most of us will ever make. Experience
Joe Solati has over eighteen years of experience as a mortgage banker, sales manager, and Realtor, bringing a high level of industry knowledge, production, and customer service to United Lending Partners.
Joe managed at net branch of Community Home Loans in Antioch, California from 2005-2008 with an average monthly production of 15 million dollars in funded loans. Prior to United Lending Partners Joe was a mortgage advisor at a Bay Area mortgage company in San Ramon, California.
Education
Joe acquired his Finance Degree at Devry University in 2013. Joe has a self-taught background in business management, finance, and marketing, and looks forward to being an influential part of the company's growth for many years.

Michael Tacconi has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1995. As your local lender, he brings the knowledge and tenacity on each transaction to ensure that each of his clients are handled with the most Professional Conduct and Integrity.
Michael is past president of the Castro Valley/Eden Area Chamber of Commerce. He is very active with the local community and can be found at the Food Trucks on Tuesday evenings or the monthly chamber mixers.
Michael also is on the Board of Directors for the Hayward Area Recreation & Park District Foundation. He is the Golf Tournament Chair. Michael is also part of the Central County Marketing Group for Bay East Association of Realtors. This group meets every Wednesday at 8:30am to discuss new listing and the housing market for the local area.
Michael is the Past President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), East Bay Chapter. As a member of the CAMB, he has traveled to Washington, DC and Sacramento, CA to discuss consumer protection issues with our legislatures. He is very active in the community to ensure that mortgage brokers work within the laws and that the laws are enforced.
Michael is a resident of Danville and a Lifetime Bay Area Resident who enjoys attending Raiders, A's and Warrior games. As a father, Michael can be found on a soccer field with his children Jason, Alec, Ryan and Alyssa, as a player or a coach.
