BIO
Mr. Peluso joined Urban Investment Research Corporation in 1996 as a principal and president of their real estate division.
Since the beginning, Dave's primary focus has been the purchase and leasing of Urban Investment Research Corporation's real estate portfolio. In addition, Mr. Peluso does all leasing for UIRC's third-party clients.
BIO
Mr. Rutledge joined UIRC in 2008, after several years of sourcing capital for UIRC as a mortgage broker with Draper and Kramer. Prior to his time at Draper and Kramer, Mr. Rutledge was a manager at Charter Consulting, where he led consulting assignments at organizations such as CNA Insurance, BNP Paribas, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. Rutledge also spent several years in Amsterdam with ABN AMRO Asset Management, where he served alongside ABN AMRO's Country Managers on the Global Business Development Committee. Mr. Rutledge is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio).

As Chief Operating Officer and partner, Eric oversees all aspects of properties and business development to ensure seamless performance.
Eric joined the team in 1998 and has been responsible for redevelopment and management of UIRC and its affiliates' properties since that time. This includes the integration of leasing, accounting, and project/property management. Eric has also assisted the company grow into the largest proprietors of GSA leased properties, and currently oversees the operation of the entire UIRC portfolio.

As Vice President of Operations, Isidor co-leads the property management team for UIRC.
Concentrating on strategic alignment of all facets of operations optimizing solutions across all platforms, he also works closely with the acquisition team on asset selection, strategic direction, growth, and business development.

As Assistant Controller, Jami is responsible for money management for UIRC.
She leads and trains the junior accountants in all aspects of AP, AR, and MRI Software training, provides lease abstract analysis, liaison for GSA communication and registration, provides financial reporting services for outside management contracts.
