Mr. Martin brings more than 25 years of experience in the water industry to TSW. He assists in the design as well as oversees the installation on many of TSW's projects. His ability to provide quick resolutions in the field is a valuable asset that allows Mr. Martin to continually bring projects in on time and under budget.
Mr. Testerman is one of the founding partners of TSW. He developed and maintains the companies' business plan and is also in charge of all business development. While working for municipalities as well as private companies, Mr. Testerman has learned that the integrity in which a project is carried out is often the most important factor to the end result. His daily focus on completing projects with quality, integrity and honesty continues to be the drive behind TSW. Mr. Testerman also handles all project estimating, quality control and maintains his position as the direct point of contact for the majority of TSW's clients.

Mr. Davison has been in the HDD game for over 20 years. He directly works with all of our HDD leaders to ensure that each project is installed without any issues.

Mr. Toon serves as a project superintendent for TSW. He has been involved in the construction industry for 23 years. Mr. Toon has experience in many aspects of underground utility installation as well as water plant operation. Mr. Toon provides management of our construction crews including scheduling, proper installation and conflict resolution. Mr. Toon is also in charge of managing a scheduling all of TSW's hydro-excavation work.
