- Hearing Instrument Specialist
Alyssa received her bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Redlands in April of 2017. Following her graduation, she moved to Missoula and joined the Vibrant Hearing team. Alyssa has two beautiful bright-eyed boys and a supportive husband. In 2018, with the support of her Vibrant teammates and family she became a Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been an owner of Vibrant Hearing since 2022. She's passionate about preventing noise-induced hearing loss and working with local musicians. In her spare time she loves going on long hikes with her family, listening to true-crime podcasts, and trying new recipes.

- Administrative Coordinator
Amey started out as a nursing assistant working in hospitals, then became an emergency medical technician, working in an ambulance. Amey joined the Vibrant team in 2015 as a technology coordinator, and her ultimate transition from registered audiology assistant to administrative coordinator felt as natural as the sun rising. She loves what she does because not only is she able to build personal relationships with patients, but she also gets to see the results of everyone's hard work. Amey is a skilled technician, a compassionate advocate for our patients, and an instrumental member of our industrial hearing conservation and corporate team.
Lindsey joined the Vibrant Team in December 2018. She is the friendly face that will greet you when first coming to Vibrant Hearing and the caring and helpful voice that you may hear when you call. We are so glad to have her- she's funny and kind has such a sweet spirit. Lindsey is a people person, who enjoys working with patients and lending a helping hand around the office to whoever needs her. A native Californian, she has always considered Missoula, and the gorgeous surrounding scenery, her home. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog, Kevin, out for walks along the rivers and trails in the Bitterroot and her new hobby, macramé!
Dr. Martin is an Iowa native and joined the Vibrant Hearing team in 2021. She received her Doctorate of Audiology in 2018 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her interests in Audiology include Amplification, Pediatrics, Auditory Processing Disorders, and Tinnitus Management. She has been an owner of Vibrant Hearing since 2022. Dr. Martin graduated from the University of Iowa with her Bachelor's degrees in Linguistics and German. Her hobbies include exploring the beautiful Montana landscape with her partner, Thomas, and two corgis, Ollie and Geo, enjoying time with friends and family, and binge-watching Food Network.
Shea joined the Vibrant team in 2021 and has close to 20 years of experience working in customer service. A native Texan, She moved with her husband to Montana in 2020. Shea is a proud mom to her son, Cameron, and dog mom to her rescue, Rocky. She enjoys being outdoors, reading, and brunch. We're so lucky to have her as part of our dedicated team!

Shelby is a graduate of the University of Montana and joined our Team in 2020. She is whip-smart and has a tremendous sense of humor. She currently holds certification as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist and works with her patients to educate on the effects of noise-induced hearing loss. Shelby recently obtained certification and licensure as an Hearing Instrument Specialist for the State of Montana. Shelby's energy and selflessness are evident in every interaction. We are grateful for her desire to advocate for our patients and go out of her way to ensure their success and satisfaction. When she finds a little spare time, Shelby enjoys exercise and being creative.
Stephanie joined the vibrant team in 2022 and has over 15 years of customer service experience in the Bitterroot Valley. She is always ready to help and loves to make people smile. Though native to Arizona, Stephanie spent her childhood summers in the Bitterroot Valley, eventually trading the desert landscape for gorgeous mountains. She loves spending time with her son, hiking, and attending concerts and films.
Trisa is a certified Audiology Assistant with over eight years of experience in hearing healthcare. She thoroughly enjoys utilizing her skills to help her patients with their hearing and communication needs. Trisa is enthusiastic, positive and always eager to help. In her spare time, Trisa loves to garden, explore the Montana wilderness, and play locally as a musician in Missoula and surrounding areas
