Geoff sold his shares to Kirk and his wife Karen in 1997-his commitment to customer relationships was invaluable in the early years. By 1999, with the continuing dedication of the sales, office, and logistics staff, we achieved the necessary growth to become a member of Balpex, a Canadian association of independent paper and packaging distributors. As a Balpex buying group shareholder, Victoria Box & Paper Ltd. is assured competitive pricing to compete with larger distributors. We expanded our janitorial and sanitation product and equipment lines in 2024, to provide full service for our valued customers.
