We are United Building Maintenance, LLC, a complete building services and maintenance company. Our expertise is in servicing buildings at any phase: from construction through occupancy and beyond... We began our business in 1978, when Joe Couto first formed Couto's Janitorial Services Company. In 1982, we changed the name to United Building Maintenance. With the name change also came an increase in service offerings and staff. We started offering our services to general contractors, property managers and property owners... In 2000, United Building Maintenance became an LLC. We now have two dozen employees, numerous trucks and we provide a wide range of services to customers all over the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
