Becky is the Senior Manager of Client Services. She oversees the Managed Print Services Program and serves as liaison between the university customers and the equipment provider. She provides oversight and coordination for copier, fax, and multifunction device placements throughout campus, regional campuses, OSUMC, and Extension Offices. Becky represents UniPrint at special events at different campus locations. She is starting her 18th year with UniPrint.

Jeff is responsible for the oversight and direction of all UniPrint activities. Uniprint provides offset/digital printing and copying, managed print services (copiers and printer maintenance, document management, lab printing and microscope repair to the university. Jeff is a Production and Operations Management graduate from The Ohio State University and has worked in the commercial printing industry and in-plant printing industry since 1987. Jeff has experience in management, production planning, scheduling, estimating and customer service.
Jim is responsible for the day-to-day production operation of the printing facility. He works directly with the production managers to ensure the production operation is up and running, producing a quality product as quickly and efficiently as possible. Jim manages the production schedule working with sales and the customer service staff to ensure UniPrint is meeting our daily customer commitments. Jim has been with UniPrint for 14 years.

Wes oversees many aspects of the Managed Print Services of UniPrint. Wes is responsible for the 292-2000 customer service line, including service and supplies for the copiers and printers managed through UniPrint. He is the database administrator for the copier and printer management software that UniPrint uses, e-automate. He makes sure equipment and contracts are entered correctly into the system and can assist customers concerning monthly invoices, meter histories, and any other report a customer may ask need. Wes is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has been with UniPrint for 18 years.
