Cheryl C. Zeleznak

For over 30 years, Cheryl has concentrated her practice in the area of family law, where she aids individuals coping with the trauma and extreme emotions faced during a divorce or child custody dispute.  She has extensive experience in the area of family law litigation, fighting to protect her clients' rights and interests.  A former CPS high school teacher, she has a unique insight assisting her clients and protecting the interests of their children during the challenging circumstances of a divorce.  Cheryl is a member of the Illinois Bar Association Family Law Section and the Will County Bar Association.  She is also an avid ice skater, competing at local, regional and national USFSA events.  She has served as a past president and board member of the Glenwood Skating Club, and a committee member and delegate at the National Governing Council of the USFSA.  She is also an avid skier and runner, having completed several Chicago Marathons.

Edward J. Burt

Ed received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana in 1970, and studied at the St. Louis University College of Law in Missouri and also at the University of Notre Dame in Uxbridge, England. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago in 1973. Ed concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury and Family Law.

Leslie C. McGregor

In addition to representing debtors in consumer cases, Leslie has been actively engaged in several Chapter 11 proceedings, representing both individual and corporate debtors.  Leslie has concentrated in the area of Bankruptcy Law for over 16 years. She is licensed to practice in the US District and Bankruptcy Courts in Illinois, Indiana and Delaware.  Leslie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 2001, and earned her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago in 2005. An avid runner, Leslie has run the Chicago Marathon. She enjoys volunteering at her sons' schools, hunting down the recipe for the perfect chocolate chip cookie and tending to the family vegetable garden. She regularly attends Bankruptcy Inn of Court monthly meetings and is active with the American Bankruptcy Institute.
