UROMASTYX

Uromastyx is an alternative rock band hailing from Berkeley California. Founded in 2009 by Jon Moses Schickman, the project's foundation is drawn from a wide range of influences, so Uromastyx defies categorization into any musical genre. Uromastyx performs extensively both as an electric power quartet, and through solo acoustic performances by Jon, the bands lead guitarist and writer... We strongly identify with the west coast scene of the early 90s, a period when popular music encompassed a diverse range of sounds and styles under the alternative rock umbrella. Uromastyx' musical mission is to continue in that spirit.
