Over time, our custom formulation business has grown, now representing over 60% of our sales. We work closely with end user customers to formulate and process products customized to their needs and specifications. We are currently supplying custom formulations and J&B branded items in 27 states from coast to coast. The products highlighted in this brochure represent our J&B Meats product line, but they also reflect our broad formulating and processing capabilities... Valley Meats provides a broad line of high-quality products to meet our customers' needs. Our product lines include fresh and frozen ground beef/hamburger products, specialty flavored or seasoned beef patties as well as prepared items such as breaded pork, chicken fried steak products, beef strips, diced meats and a line of pork-based products. We have recently launched our Gourmet/Craft meat blends. We have the capabilities to custom blend formulations utilizing chucks, brisket, sirloin, short rib and other high-end meat..
