In order to generate and use a vacuum, three technologies related to (1) vacuum container, (2) vacuum pump, and (3) pressure gauge are required. Vacuum Laboratory Co., Ltd. is a company that develops three technologies to easily generate extremely high vacuum (10-9 Pa or more), which is the limit of vacuum. So far, we have succeeded in developing a beryllium copper alloy containing 0.2% Be, which has the lowest outgassing rate in the world as a practical material. And the extreme-high-vacuum device manufactured with this alloy has a vacuum that make it possible to reach 10-9 Pa within 6 hours from atmospheric pressure.In addition, the quadrupole mass spectrometer made of this alloy achieve highly accurate micro gas analysis achev ing low outgassing of 1/10000 of that of a conventional stainless steel analyzer. We also provide and support accepted gas analysis work and new gas analysis methods using this gas analyzer.
