Mr. Anuj Raizada started off his insurance career in 1996 with Fortis Securities Ltd, after acquiring PGD in International Management from International Management Institute, New Delhi. He went to serve Anchor Risk & Insurance Brokers for a couple of years, and eventually joined UNISON in 2002 as Whole Time Director of the Company. Currently, he is also the Zonal Head-North & and Grievance Redressal Officer at UNISON Insurance.

Mr. Biraj. K. Sinha joined UNISON in 2002 and has been serving as the Principal Officer & Managing Director, since April 2003. Possessing 30+ years of experience in varied insurance risks, Mr. Sinha has spent 14 of those years with the esteemed organisation ‘New India Assurance' and scaled heights to retire as ‘Branch Manager'.
A member of the ‘Founder Committee' at UNISON Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Sinha specialises in managing major insurance portfolios and advising on custom solutions for policies pertaining to Mega Port Risk, Edible Oil Industry, Renewable Energy sector, Chemical and Fertilizer plants, Off-shore Risk, Exposure to International Market including Reinsurance in Facultative and Treaty covers.
Mr. Sinha holds a B. Com Hons degree and is a Fellow member of Insurance Institute of India.

Mr. Variava has a vast experience of working in retail insurance business industry. Prior to joining our Company, he has previously worked with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. for 20 years as Zonal Head and Vice President. He has also worked with Kotak Mahindra Group and Godrej and Boyce Co. for marketing activities at senior positions.
Throughout his career Mr. Variava is known for achieving the Sales Targets, developing different channels for Companies, handling proper mix of retail and corporate chain, recruitments, productivity, and profitability of the business of the Company. He has also received several awards for achieving the milestones during his tenure in the past companies.
Since joining Unison he has been an Asset to the Company who is acting as the guidance to the retail team while improving the Companies association with insurers and clients for the retail line of business.

In addition to overseeing UNISON's Broking Business & Client Relationship Management, Mr. Amitesh Sinha was appointed as the Whole Time Director on January 30, 2018; with strategic & operational mandates of the company being his key domain of work.
Mr. Sinha started off moderately as Direct Recruit Officer with National Insurance Company Ltd in 1981 & worked up the ladder to being DGM there. Eventually, he moved to Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. in 2010 where he showcased his expertise in handling corporate underwritings and claims. He worked across numerous technical departments including Fire & Engineering, Marine Cargo, Marine Hull, Oil and Energy, Reinsurance and Techno Marketing at Oriental Insurance. Mr. Sinha represented the company in Terrorism Pool of GIC & was a member of multiple ‘GI Council Committee on Technical Matters'.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Sinha has more than 35 years of combined industry experience pertaining to fields of Finance, Accounts, Corporate Affairs, Legal & Secretarial, Risk Management & General Management of Private Sector & Public Sector Companies, Subsidiaries & Joint Ventures.
R.C.L, MITCO (subsidiary of MMTC), Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) which is now a listed Maharatna PSU; are some of the professional stints that Mr. Sinha was involved with during his formative years. In 2008, he joined Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), another listed Maharatna PSU, where the management entrusted upon him the key roles of "Group Company Secretary" and "Chief Risk Officer" (CRO). Subsequently, Mr. Sinha grew into the position of Group General Manager, and Executive Director thereafter. Eventually, he superannuated in June 2015.
Mr. Naresh Sinha also served as member/expert on the Selection Committee of several PSUs/ JVs/ Private Companies like ONGC, NTPC, BHEL, PFC, CCI, NJPC, IRCON, NBPPL etc. for personnel selection in the field of Company Secretary, Legal Works and Finance.
Mr. Sinha holds an MBA with specialization in Finance & LLB. He is also a Fellow member (FCS) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Member of All India Management Association (AIMA) and All India Council of Arbitration (MICA).

As President of UNISON Insurance, Mr. Praveen Kalia holds the key to overall strategic and operational responsibilities for the entire portfolio of UNISON's offerings.
Previously, Mr Kalia has served nearly 17 years for ‘The New India Assurance Co. Ltd' in Dubai, of which 11 years he functioned as the Chief Executive & Chief Agent for the organisation in that geography. He has also spent 3 years with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd as Vice President - Regional Head (Business Development). In totality, Mr. Kalia carries 33 years of rich industry experience across varied insurance domains.
In Sept 2017, he was inducted as a Whole Time Director on UNISON Insurance's board
Mr. Kalia holds a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University and is the Fellow member of the Insurance Institute of India.

Mr. R.D. Variawa is the Chairman Emeritus of Unison Insurance Broking Services Private Limited. His tenure has seen the Company expand domestically and internationally in Insurance Broking business. He joined Unison as an Executive Chairman and Whole Time Director in 2004. Before Unison, Mr. Varaiwa has served New India Assurance as for nearly 40 years and retired from the post of Assistant General Manager. He has done graduation in B.Sc. and also holds a Licentiate Degree from the Insurance Institute of India (III).

Mr. Ravindra Kumar Rammuni is the Whole Time Director at Unison Insurance Broking Services Private Limited.
He looks after South operations of the Company as the Regional Head.
Previously he has worked with The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. For 27 years as Chief Manager. He has also served National India Insurance Co. Ltd. for 5 years as a Deputy General Manager. He was also the CEO and MD of the India International Insurance Pte. Ltd., Singapore for 5 years.
He did his graduation in B A (History & Economics) from University of Madras and he is also an ‘Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute, London'.

Mr. Suresh Desai has over 40 years of experience in industry. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Adarsh Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. and has also done Insurance Consultancy work for several years.
He also has an experience of handling consumer cases and arbitration proceedings along with management of claims arising through Insurance policy. Mr. Suresh Desai was also the member of the Founding Committee: 2000-2004 of Insurance Brokers Association of India, Chairman of Insurance Committee during the period 2000-2001 and has been rewarded and recognized by many Institutions for his work.
